Semi-detached house "Zerna". On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, along the wooded area. For shared use: garden 500 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Waldeisenbahn-Haltestelle (Schmalspur) 400 m, Landschaftspark (Weltkulturerbe mit, Brückenverbindung zum polnischen Teil) 300 m, Grenzübergang Polen mit Verkaufsmarkt 3 km.
