Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren aus den gleichen Gründen: Zentral und dennoch ruhig wohnen in Davos; fast alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar; ansonsten leigt die Bushaltestelle ca. 100m entfernt. Ein echtes Highlight ist das Allodstübli im Erdgeschoss: Sehr gutes Essen und freundliche Bedienung!

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt für den Aufenthalt. Bei geöffneten Fenster stören die Geräusche des Verkehrs etwas.

Great location and good facilities
Great apartment very close to skibuses and supermarkets. We went in very sunny week in late March and were able to enjoy the terrace until the sun went down and it got cold. Bathroom looks dated but was of excellent quality with really good shower so who needs a white suite. Kitchen facilities a bit dated but very functional with good dishwasher. We booked for 9 nights slightly out of season to match our flights so we searched on utoring apartments for that reason.

Ruhig und doch zentral mit prima Restaurant
Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gern in den Allodpark. Man wohnt sehr ruhig und doch zentral und braucht die ganze Woche über kein Auto. Ein Geheimtipp ist das Allodstüble im Erdgeschoß!

Preis Leistung stimmt soweit und ideal für Familien. Einzig das Babybett war nicht gerade ideal da die Bettauflage nur. ca. 4 cm dick ist.

Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Wetter hat es sehr gut mit uns gemeint. Wir hatten wieder sehr schöne Momente mit nach Hause nehmen können.Ein Komplement an Herrn S. für seine immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Art. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung - hat alles was es braucht.
Grosses Wohnzimmer mit gutem, neuen Sofa. Neuer Fernseher mit Swisscom TV. WLAN etwas langsam. Schönes Schlafzimmer. Küche hat alles was es braucht, brauchte aber wieder mal ein Update (zB Backofen).

Gemütliche zentrale Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich. Der Teppich ist halt so eine Sache... Das Bett war bequem und das Sofa ist top. Die Küchenausrüstung ist in Ordnung. Es fehlten die guten Rüstmesser. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.
