Schoon maar matig appartement

- gelukkig wel schoon - geen matrasbeschermers (niet hygiënisch) - geen droogrekje aanwezig - weinig keukenmateriaal: geen bierglazen, longdrinks, opscheplepels, nauwelijks (yoghurt) kommetjes - wel 2 vegers maar geen blik - slecht tuin set op balkon - kelder te koud voor was te drogen - geen emmer/dweil aanwezig - goedkope deuren (kraken erg) - er mag in de woning geschilderd worden
