This home has an open concept living room-dining area where your friends or family can cook, eat, and relax together. Take advantage of the outdoor heated pool in the summer or hot tub in the winter.
Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, and a Sunbeam coffee maker. Whatever you want to cook, we’ve got you covered. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings.
Living room This freshly renovated living room is the perfect spot to enjoy company surrounded by bright open windows with a view of the ski hill.
Bedrooms and bathrooms There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in this home, 1 bathroom on each floor.

Parking The By-Law permits only one vehicle allowed in the driveway and one vehicle in the garage. If you have more than two vehicles, there is free parking at the Rivergrass Complex - 115 Fairway Court, Blue Mountains.
Pool and Hot Tub The private pool is closed for the season. The hot tub is open year-round and is available for use between 7am-11pm (By-Law enforced).
*We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels. Please be advised that for stays longer than 3 days, a member of our team will need to stop by and inspect the pool during your stay to ensure it is still safe and enjoyable for your group. This is a mandatory service as failure to upkeep the pool could result in the pool becoming unusable (green).
STA License No: LCSTR20210000224 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

Perfect family week away in the blue mountains m! This property was beautiful, clean and provided all the comforts of home away! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Blue Mountain are
Property came as described and was very clean, even had a bonus bed not listed in the property description! Management was very responsive and addressed any small concerns we had. The kitchen was well stocked although not much for spices, including no sugar for coffee. A few items in the house (burned out lights in garage, dishwasher worked with an easy workaround, coffeemaker needed to be replaced (which it was promptly)) that led us to feel this was clearly a rental property but that’s what we signed up for. Would stay again, location was very close to the mountain although walking in the winter with gear did not seem feasible. The ping pong table was a big hit with the teens in our group!
This property was fantastic. Perfect location to Blue Mountain Village. The open concept living space was great for being able to prepare meals, talk and enjoy. The heated pool and hot tub was icing on the cake! Loved it all. Thank you for a great stay.
Just a lovely place right by the mountain extremely clean and well set up. Wish they had a light outside by the pool for Night-swimming, but we managed. Bring your own ping-pong balls. Overall, a very pleasant experience
My weekend at this location was splendid. The home is just a five minute drive to all the attractions at Blue Mountain with so much space for accommodations. The rooms were clean and homey and then amenities were all working perfectly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to spend some time in the area with friends or family!

This property was overgrown with weeds in front, side and pool area. The hot tub cover was torn and ripped and you couldnt lift it because it was water logged. Pool wasnt clean when we arrived and filled up with water. The inside of house wasnt completly cleaned. Inside of cupboards were dirty as well as some dishes. There weren't any dish cloths to use and dishwasher didnt clean dishes properly. We had an issue with mice getting into the basement but pest control came out and filled up some holes and laid traps. Property next door was overgrown so I called the township and are looking into this issue. Very disappointed with this rental for the price I paid for a week. Not worth the money.
Very disappointed and misled. Property listed as "Luxurious" when we booked (it has since been changed), It was far from that! Property staff quick to respond onsite, management not so much. Upon arrival pool green, hot tub murkey, weeds, dead plants around pool. No sun cover provided. The awning over hot tub ripped and moldy. BBQ was filthy and unusable. The house had a strong unpleasant smell, some furniture was broken, and in need of repair - safety hazards, plumbing issues, many light bulbs burnt out, outside bags of garbage accumulated from previous tenants swarming with flies and the list goes on. The house has been partially updated but the overall maintenance & upkeep poor.

Nice place, but the little things…..
A lot of rigor prior to check in like proof of ID and copy of credit card felt like a nuisance. Also some guy knocks on the door right after we get there and explains the noise rules and seems pretty strict.
House is stocked with everything you’d need but when they say remodeled, I don’t know. Floors are in bad shape and kitchen faucet has too much pressure! Sump pump runs all night and you can hear it from the loft (there’s 2 bedrooms with not much privacy on the second floor). Also since it’s only streaming services no option for live TV even though there’s a “live TV” option that doesn’t work on the main television. Hot tub was nice and it’s really close to the mountain which is great. But the last impression is how they quote your fees on VRBO and don’t include taxes which makes you think you’ve overpaid and requires a call to a management company supervisor. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the amount we ended up paying after tax and fees but the location is great.
The location was priceless. The house was very clean, spacious rooms and able to have a very warming family gathering. The heated pool was the main attraction as well as the hot tub.
We booked this rental to have a small family getaway and we all had plenty of space to spread out for our R&R. Common spaces also allowed for our family meals and game time! Larger groups would probably have to spread out to the nearby island. We had a short drive to the village and had a beautiful view of the north end slopes. The neighborhood was peaceful and we were able to enjoy the hot tub!
I have to say a trip to remember for the family! The house was amazing and lots of room for all of us! So good we stayed an extra day with no issues at last minute. Definitely going to make it a yearly trip!

ONLY THING THAT BOTHERED ME IS THAT THE ONLINE PRICE WENT DOWN BY $200 A DAY AFTER I HAD BOOKED IT AND THE COMPANY WOULD NOT HONOUR TO GIVE ME THE CREDIT.
