Located in an excellent location in the Banyan Building with no stairs and the ability to walk right out your sliding patio door and enjoy the exotic, tropically landscaped grounds. Keep your preferred temperature in this captivating unit which features air-conditioning.

The tranquil living room area provides plenty of space to lounge in style, with plush furniture including a large sleeper sofa and for in-home entertainment, there is a large flatscreen television. The studio features a vibrant tropical theme with tasteful decor throughout.

For outdoor drinks and dining, the expansive private ground-floor lanai has a table and four chairs. Greet the day with morning coffee or wind down with sunset beverages as you gaze at the enchanting garden views. If you choose to dine or catch up on some work indoors, there is a table with seating for four.

Just off the main living space is the bedroom with a plush king bed and a six-drawer dresser with ample space to unpack. If you need extra drawer space there is a mini-dresser with three drawers beneath the television.

The bright kitchen provides everyone with all the tools and necessities to prepare a gourmet meal. Stately white light brown cabinets, ornate brown tiling, and name-brand stainless-steel appliances including GE and Maytag include a stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, and a blender.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and plenty of space for toiletries. Complimentary artisanal toiletries and towels are provided to all our guests.

Additional conveniences include complimentary Wi-Fi. On-site guests have access to two swimming pools and jacuzzis, a small gym, shuffleboard, an ocean view restaurant, a convenience store, and beach concessions & rentals.

*The resort collects a $25 plus tax daily facility fee which upon check-in which covers: Daily parking for one vehicle, Unlimited local phone calls and Long distance access charge, daily use of the fitness center, Wireless internet in all rooms, special discount to the spa and free pool towels. *Washers and Dryers are available in the Building behind the Aloha Tower -Quarters to operate the Machines are available from the Front Desk.

Family vacation

My husband and I along with our kids and grandkids stayed there for our family vacation. We loved the family atmosphere, beaches, restaurant and the people who work there, everyone was so friendly. We definitely want to plan another trip there.

Great Space

The suite was exactly what we were expecting. It was in a great location and had a nice private patio with some trees for privacy and shade. I didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed to have everything although it was smaller than expected.

Perfect for Kannapoli Beach !

The Maui Kannapoli Villas are wonderful. The room is adequate to enjoy Kannapoli Beach. Some dishes were still in dishwasher at check in and the safe in the closet was not working. Room was decorated nicely and convenient to office and two pools.

Excellent Vacation

We love the Maui Kaanapali Villas and decided to rent through this property management company instead of the hotel for this stay. The room was in a great location and the lanai was very private as there were plants directly in front. The room was great, however I gave the cleanliness a three star because the dishes were not clean upon arrival and the bathroom had some weird looking stuff on the wall. The wall probably just needs touch up paint. We had to purchase some of our own cleaning supplies as well. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would return to this unit.

The ac was blasting directly over the bed, it was difficult to regulate the fan (auto did not shut off when temp was reached) so room got cold and we both got sick because of this. And there is no fan in bathroom

However, this rental unit was not clean upon arrival and had an issue with the kitchen sink faucet. The C'N R staff quickly repaired the sink issue. However, we spend time and money to clean the unit before we felt comfortable to begin our vacation. During our rental we observed physical evidence of insects and rodents. I would not recommend this rental until the insect and rodent issues are resolved.

The condo itself was in a fairly quiet location but it is ver quaint. This was the first time we stayed in a condo that seemed to be lacking basic things. Few cookware options, no beach chairs or other similar items, never stayed in a condo that didn't provide those as a courtesy. We ended up leaving some pool noodles and a beach umbrella for the next guests. This condo would also benefit from a deep cleaning. The room was "clean" but could definitely see grime in the corners that had been missed

10 nights @ the Villas

We love MKV! MKV has been our choice location for the last 15 years. We like the homey feel of the smaller resort. This was our 1st time staying at B143. Great location we took advantage of the kitchen & lanai everyday. We love the easy access to walk right out to the beach in front of the resort. The condo was simple, calming, bueatifully updated & decorated. In the pictures it shows carpet but they have updated to LVP flooring. When we 1st arrived the air was not cooling the room, it was quickly resolved when we put in a request for it to be checked. Until it was fixed we just open the windows at night or let the trade winds cool us. Our only negative is the owner needs to replace the mattress. The bed is not comfortable period. And maybe check your maid service between guests. To the eye everything was beautiful & clean but the floors where filthy, I eneded up mopping myself. I would definitely stay at this unit if the matress was replaced.

The location is great with beach access and walkability to Black Rock and Whaler’s Village (20 min walk).Upon check-in trash was being taken out apparently but left to sit for at least an hour in walkways as we were bringing in luggage.We are used to staying at resorts, and moving forward will continue to do so based on amenities and customer service focus.A bit overpriced in my opinion for the overall price of quality.

Don't Stay At this Unit!

Reviewer Comments: I knew this unit would not be the best at all but it was going so my grandchildren could walk to it. First of all there was cat food (for ferrel kittens) spread all over the dead end walkway with loud macaws swooning down and eating the food.(we moved the food and water under the tree); The toilet did not fully flush, they had to buy another and install (1.5 dayslater) and lastly after being in the room for 6 days we found maggots throughout the unit, at least 25 crawling around. One person tried to blame us! Both of these problems of course happend after 4p and the maggots on a Sunday. Could not leave a message since the Emergency Line was full! We were credited 1 day for the toilet, and after much back and forth with the maggots we moved into a unit MKV had to offer. It was more expensive, but Chase 'N Rainbow did not have any units available. My husband had to spend 2 days or more dealing with these problems when on vacation! Not what we expected and never again will we stay in this unit. Jason, manager, from Chase N' Rainbow was great and helped us through the gross maggot infestation . Lastly - the muddy section in front of the lanai needs to be covered with bark or some other type of landscape.

MKV vacation

Overall, our stay was great. I used to live in the MKV many years ago, and I love the location and beach, it's the perfect "best kept secret" on Maui. This was our first time using vrbo, and I don't believe I will use it again though, it was too hard to talk to someone regarding problems we had with the tv, and the items that were supposed to be in the room, but were not, etc.

Location was perfect! The Trolley comes right to the condos and can take you to several different locations, steps to the Luau, beach and yummy reasturant Castaway.

We think MKV is located in the best location on Kaanapali Beach, just north of Black Rock: not as crowded as the southern portion and plenty of gorgeous wide open beach. Having a ground floor unit was very handy. The unit is not as well stocked with kitchen supplies as other units we have stayed in, but still suficient. A frying pan would be handy to include. We will be back!

April 2022 Stay at MKV

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaint was with check in. We called to see if we could get an early check in as we were in town at noon. They said they were short staffed with cleaning crew and had to wait till 3;00. We got the keys and went to room which hadn't been cleaned. We came back at 3;45 and it still wasn't cleaned, so called the Chase office and they said they would page the staff and they would call when room ready. We had groceries so put them in the fridge so they wouldn't spoil and sat on lanai waiting for our room to be cleaned. At 4;45 called the office and it was closed! We had plans to go out for dinner at 6;00, so had to go to friends to get cleaned up. Got a call at 5;45 to say room was done. it was frustrating that we didn't get our room on time, once we got into room it was great
