Gîte 2 pers private garden, shared pool, nature, catering possible

On the border between Aude and Ariège, between Carcassonne and Mirepoix, come and recharge your batteries on a 1.5 Ha estate, in the middle of nature. Nestled on a hill, the views of the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire are breathtaking and the disconnection is total.

There are many hikes. The greenway is easily accessible by bike or on foot.
Mirepoix is 10min by car, Chalabre, Lake Montbel 30min, Carcassonne 30min, Wine Route 15min, Cathar Castles 50min, Narbonne 1h20, Toulouse 1h.

The 45 m2 accommodation is on one level and totally independent. Facing north-east, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the black mountain from the terrace and the private garden of the cottage: garden furniture, deckchair, table, chairs and a gas barbecue is at your disposal in your private garden. The interior of the accommodation is composed of a dining area, living room and kitchen. The kitchen area, very well equipped, consists of 2 ceramic hobs, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery. The bedroom has a "Queen size" bed 160x200cm with an en-suite bathroom and toilet.
Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.

The end-of-stay cleaning is optional (not included in the rental price), the amount is 50€.

A common outdoor area is reserved for you (table, chairs, deckchairs, hammocks). A salt water swimming pool, available for the 4 cottages of the estate, is open throughout the summer period.

A laundry area is at your disposal. Petanque ball games are available to enjoy the petanque court on the estate. A badminton game is also available.

Several "relaxation" spots are present on the estate: straw hut, sunset, sunrise, "Natural" beach...


On request, a meal (lunch and/or dinner) can be booked and delivered to your gîte (48-hour reservation).

Breakfast or brunch can also be booked the day before and delivered to the terrace of your gîte as soon as you wake up.

Your pet is accepted on the estate (price: €40 per stay). However, in order for travellers on the estate to take full advantage of the place, pets must respect a few rules of good use: they are not allowed to climb on beds and sofas. As nature is a few metres from the cottages, our four-legged friends must be kept on a leash on the estate and their droppings collected.
