Good but renovations are needed

This was our 2nd stay at this home. We still have the same issues we had last visit... like no dishwasher and very very poor wifi. But there has been no work done since 2017, like the shower drain (next to the pool) is still clogged, this was already not working in 2017. This time, more broken things added up: The pool skimmer was not working at all, the bathroom door was not opening/closing properly, both bathrooms had many things that were broken or not working, etc All in all it was a good stay, Riumar is very quiet and beautiful, but its a shame that they do not fix or improve anything.

Wieder einen sehr entspannter Urlaub dort verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sollte mal was fehlen kann man sich an Interhome wenden. Der Pool wird fast täglich gereinigt.

De superbe vacances !!

Nous sommes partis avec un couple d’amis, et nous avons passé de super bonnes vacance dans cette super maison. Maison assez spacieuse, avec une piscine très agréable. Seul petit bémol, a été pour la remise de la caution nous avons dû les appeler trois fois car nous sommes pas compris sur l’heure. Niveau équipement y avait le stricte nécessaire, c’est un petit peu le bémol aussi… Mais mise à part ça ils ont assez facile à trouver, voisinage assez silencieux.

Excellent emplacement , proche de la plage et commerces à proximité , mais la maison pourrait être revue a peu de frais vu le tarif appliqué .Literies inconfortables, 3 fenêtres ne fermant pas (loquets cassés) et non réparés malgré mes 2 demandes, micro onde rouillé, climatisation dans le salon seulement, insectes rampants dans la salle de bain, douche branlante, internet coupé régulièrement et non actif dans les chambres...

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Schönes Ferienhaus. Spanische Bauweise (Duschhalterung fällt bald ab, Spiegel defekt…). Überall Mückengitter installiert. Top. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer, geht aber wenn man mit offenen Türen schläft und die Anlage voll laufen lässt. Das Doppelbett misst nur 140 cm was für zwei Erwachsene doch sehr klein ist. B-Mol : Matratzenqualität lässt zu wünschen übrig. Mit Interhome immer gerne wieder.

Poco detalle, casi sin menaje de cocina, un rollo de wc empezado en cada baño, ningún producto para los mosquitos (velas, spray..), la casa está muy bien, el lugar tranquilo ya q fui en San Juan y poco rato de petardos. La agencia se porto genial porque no llegamos a la hora del cheking y nos puso facilidades para poder gestionarlo.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub und das erste Mal am Meer für die Kleinen. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit weg auch Restaurants zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Eigenen Pool und Grill, wurde beides gern genutzt. Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend, Klimaanlage vorhanden. Der Strand ist sauber und vom Hundestrand abgegrenzt, da achtet auch die Polizei darauf. Das Bett ist sehr hart und auf der Terrasse würde noch ein Sonnensegel und Sitzauflagen fehlen. Ansonsten perfekt, wir kommen wieder!

La wifi va fatal....limpieza bastante corecta...los colchones y sobre todo las almohadas fatal. Respecto a los vecinos d la zonas decir q nos llamaron la atención la policia local por estar en la piscina a las 6 d la tarde riendonos y bañarnos....2 niñas y tres adultos sin música y sin nada y los abuelos mirando ...me pareció vergonzoso y un mal rato para mis hijas..... Por lo demas todo bien. Gracias

Vacaciones Riumar holiday 12

He de decir que es la segunda vez que alquilamos en las casas gaviotas, la relación precio -ubicacion es estupenda y la casa y piscina cumplen las expectativas para pasar unos días agradables y desconectar La única pega los utensilios, pocos o escasos falta tostadora, ollas (había 2 y una de ellas quemada) y sartenes. Y una luz en la zona de BBQ. También la valla de entrada estaba rota, nos quedamos 3 noches y la pasamos bien para estancias más largas habría que arreglar la valla .

Bonito rincón en Riumar

He de decir primero que la atención del personal para acceder a la propiedad es muy buena, muy atentos y agradables. La casa es bonita en una sola planta, estaba limpia y las tres habitaciones están bien para 6 personas. La cocina es pequeña pero suficiente. La única cosa a mejorar es el menaje de cocina que no es suficiente faltan elementos como cuchillos de cortar, tijeras y algunas sartenes más, pero nones nada que sea relevante. Por todo lo demás perfecto.

Agradable

Lo mejor es su ubicación, muy tranquila. la casa es amplia y es bastante nueva (aunque tiene bastantes signos de uso). Cuando llegamos la piscina estaba muy sucia, llamamos y enseguida vinieron y lo solucionaron (pero esa primera tarde ya no la pudimos utilizar). El wifi no funciona, el tdt de la tele también fallaba, las camas son incomodísimas (lo peor de la estancia) y la ducha de uno de los lavabos era demasiado pequeña. En general estuvimos muy agusto pero estos detalles deberían mejorarse

Das Haus befand sich in einem desolaten Zustand, kapuute Glühbirnen, unsaubere Schubladen im Bad, nasses Geschirr in den Schränken, das hintere Bad konnte nicht genutzt werden, da es furchtbar stank wenn man die Tür öffnete, auf der Terrasse lagen gebrauchte Ohrenstäbchen, wir waren von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht.

Feriehus i Riumar

Trivelig plass, veldig fint uteområde med flott basseng. Sengene derimot var altfor harde og var ubrukelige for oss. Dette endte i bruk av sofaer i 1 uke. Det var en forferdelig kloakklukt fra innerste badet som gjorde det innerste soverommet ubrukelig. Utover dette var det en fantastisk uke, og Riumar var kjempetrivelig!

Unser Sommer Urlaub

Wir war überrascht von dieser ruhe konnte mit Hund überall hin Sparzieren gehen Ferienhaus war super mit dem Pool anfängliche kleine Probleme wurden aber sofort behoben.Kleiner Minus waren die Töpfe und Bratpfannen müssten mal erneuert werden.
