Diamond in the Rough is a beautiful, spacious beachfront home in the sought after Pier Park area! Walking distance to all of Pier Park's shops and eateries, this location can't be beat. The open floor plan is perfect for large families with ample seating in the great room that overlooks the incredible beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area includes a lovely fireplace and a large flatscreen TV. The custom designed kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped and has a fabulous view of the beach. The dining area includes a beautiful dining table and separate bistro table.
The first floor also houses one bedroom with a private bathroom, a guest full bathroom, and laundry room.
The second floor has four bedrooms including two beachfront master bedrooms! Each master has a king size bed and private bathrooms. The third bedroom has two queens with a private bath. The fourth bedroom has a king and private bathroom. All bedrooms have tvs.
The best part is the large beachfront deck off the living room! Beautiful panoramic views await on the expansive deck. Enjoy your coffee and watch the sunrise. The property also has a second floor balcony with ample space to enjoy the views!
