Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. It also features breakfast daily at Bay Watch Cafe located in the center tower. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Spring Break Family Fun

The check in process was super easy and the staff was very kind. The location was perfect for our family and the ability to use both the pools and be steps from the beach was awesome! I would recommend bringing an extra pan if you are cooking for a family, but other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Baywatch

Few issues this year, we set our air at 67 when we got there, never got below 73 in our condo. Balcony doors, one didn’t work, one extremely difficult to open. Other than that, had a wonderful time. We have stayed at Baywatch several times now.

It was disappointing. The master Bath shower was lukewarm at best and the condo needed to be cleaned a little better. Living room chairs were horrible could not sit in them they were so uncomfortable. Pools seemed clean and well heated. The resort staff was very attentitable to do

We enjoyed our stay here

This condo was perfect for 2 couples, both bedrooms had ocean views and were nicely appointed. Very clean unit, had everything we needed. (Bathtubs could really use grab bars, it would be safer for guests, disabled or not.) Reps at the desk were really nice, as were other employees we encountered. Grounds, water features and lobby are very well-kept. Parking is not ideal, especially for older disabled folks...not enough handicapped spots in front of building so you have to park in garage about a block away. At least there is parking provided. Security was very visible on the property, which was appreciated. All in all, we had a great time and would highly recommend this place.

Great stay

Great location! This was a nice condo. Very convenient location to restaurants and shopping. The only couple things I think they need is more pots and pans to use. There wasn't anything to cook in. The largest pot was a 2 quart. For a family if u want to cook a spaghetti dinner for 6 of 7 ppl you have nothing to use. And it would be nice to have a salt and pepper left at unit. The other thing, would be nice to have atleast a couple chairs to take to the Beach to sit on.. Nothing fancy just something. Other than that it was a great stay.

Pros: Wonderful oceanfront view Comfortable beds Condo was very clean Full kitchen with cooking utensils Plenty of space Wifi strength was strong in unit and throughout resort grounds Private washer/dryer Short walk to the beach Prime location Friendly staff Cons: Check in/out was very hectic. Tower 1 only had 2 available elevators which made a line outside the door of the building. Not enough carts Long walk from the parking garage. Definitely recommend having a wagon for groceries. Unit was right above twin jacuzzi. It can become very noisy at night. Long passcode for condo unit entrance.

Not sure what happened in a year…

First of all, our room was hardly ready at check in time, and then upon entry wasn’t very clean. Floor was dirty and had stained bedsheets. Front desk staff is not too friendly and acted aggravated at request of clean towels/bed sheets. Pool staff kept giving instructions to my 3 and 4 year old to not jump into the pool? I get splashing other guest, but they were out of the way. Master balcony door was broken and was instructed not to open the door, while the main balcony door was very very hard to open and close. Made it hard to enjoy the perks of having an ocean front balcony. Parking is horrible, we have a handicapped member in our group and not one time could we park near our room in a handicap parking spot. A couple of the entry points to the pool/beach were “closed” making it hard to access the pool from the beach and vice versa. We stayed in this same room last year and enjoyed it, I am not sure what has happened in a year, but we won’t book this same room again.

Bay Watch Was Great!

I enjoyed my stay finally after a long check in process. I arrived at 4pm check in time but had to wait 2 extra hours due to cleaning. I did want a clean sanitized room so I boosted my patience. I was tired and hungry from a long drive from Georgia and had 2 rambunctious chihuahuas waiting in the car. The clerk at Bay Watch (Alex) did issue me a free appetizer coupon and $10 off of food at one of the eateries in the bldgs. It helped my hangryness immensely. I killed time and decided to eat. I was finally called at around 6pm to check in. This unit did not disappoint once inside. It was very roomy and well equipped. I loved the views from the living room and master bdroom. Very airy and there were nice flat screens in every room! My boyfriend cooked great meals in the kitchen with all the cooking tools he needed. I definitely appreciated the in unit washer and dryer, it was a huge plus! Corner units are awesome, being that there was a 2nd balcony just off from the other bedroom making for a little more privacy. The sliding door in the master bedroom did not open and under the kitchen sink leaks from the garbage disposal were the only small issues we noticed. Both bathrooms were nicely stocked with fresh towels and essentials. I can't wait to come back. Snow birds2021

Great vacation home, but so dirty… sheets was not fresh and dirty tried to call front desk but phones in the room not working at all! Had to call from my cell and even after requesting service no one showed up the first day of arrival. The next day, when housekeeping came by I asked personally and then I got fresh linens. Other then that, great place for vacation

Nice but not the best

We had a wonderful week, however this particular place wasn’t our favorite. The furniture was stained, minimal kitchen equipment, whirlpool tub didn’t work. A couple cockroaches were lurking around. The parking is horrendous. There is no one monitoring rules as people were drinking glass bottles in the hot tubs and kids running around screaming with no parents in sight.

Unhappy with host and location conditions

We visited this location to have a memorial service for my father in law on the beach. We traveled over 7 hours to get there, and ended up arriving early. I attempted to contact the host to see if we were able to check in early, and still have not received any response. Upon checking in, the place appreared clean, however once settled in, we started noticing cockroaches in the kitchen and living room. The balcony also had a cup of some nasty looking liquid and cigarette butts. The place was supposed to be nonsmoking. We didn’t clean it because it was too nasty to touch and hopefully will not be accused of the mess. The cockroaches were unacceptable and had we known there was an issue, would’ve paid more to stay somewhere else more clean. The location was also apparently the room closest to a frat party and we had to hear loud partying all day and night with no help from reception. This was already a very emotional time for my family, and then we had to deal with this on top of it. Needless to say, we checked out at 6:30 am (way earlier than planned) and lugged our luggage around while we tried to enjoy the rest of our stay in myrtle beach.

Parking is a pain!

The unit was very nice & clean with a great view! Only complaint was getting moved in and out which was a challenge with only a few “temporary” spaces in front of the building and only a couple of luggage racks for an 18-floor hi-rise building! You also have to park your vehicle in a garage that’s a block away so plan ahead. It wouldn’t be bad if everyone complied but of course some don’t think the rules apply to them!

Amazing Views

Amazing Ocean views, close to the stairs so no long waits for the elevator. Easy beach access. Since this is a 2nd floor unit you can hear alot of the noise from the hot tubs, but it is quiet after 11 and the noise is not excessive

We stayed at the bay watch resort and wasn't pleased at all. The place had cockroaches in it. We rented a DVD and went to return it and it got stuck and we went to the front desk about the issues and got told it wasn't there issue and they didn't know how to fix it. Then the smoke alarm kept going off and we called the front desk and was told that they would get to it when they could. Mind you the thing went off every 30 minutes beeping and saying fire so you couldn't sleep!! You couldn't come off the beach and sit at the pool area if you had a cooler but they let people just pile beer bottles and cans all around the pool. It was just a nasty place all together.
