Waterfront with a pool & private beach access.

Waterfront with pool. Private beach access within a mile. All amenities needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation. A fully furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom house located in Islamorada with water access. The property has dock space for a boat up to 35' (bow to stern). And a cleaning table.

The Master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king-size bed and its private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are also on the second floor. 1 bedroom has a queen bed and is connected to the bathroom and the third bedroom has a full size bed and access to the2nd bathroom.
There is a living room, dining room, second full bath, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large wrap-around balcony that overlooks the canal.
A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the premises. A circular driveway and ample parking for vehicles. The barbecue grill is under the stairs.
WiFi internet, televisions in all bedrooms and living room.

If bringing a boat or renting one during your stay, proof of insurance with liability limits as well as boat registration is mandatory and should be sent to the owner before your arrival. Use of dock is permitted once documents are received

Very nice place, nice pool, good dock on canal. Enjoyed our stay, and re-upped for next year!
