Condo was very clean with new living room furniture. Only one stain on the carpet but other than that was very clean upon our arrival.Had some problems with neighbors upstairs playing music very late until (3:30am) and the smoking weed on balcony but guest services was very helpful in dealing with issues and getting this solved.

Nice!

Room was huge, view was great. The floors were sticky, so we cleaned those when we got there. The hotel itself could use some cleaning. The main pool was closed the whole time we were there, which was crappy. We drove 8 hours to get there, and got there 2 hours early but they were very very strict on their check in time. You won’t be let in until right at 4, no exceptions.

Nice place, but I would not consider it luxury as advertised

The condo was spacious. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The cleaners could have done a better job. The floors were not very clean. There were tons of fruit flies. There was also a strong, unpleasant food odor that lingered in the condo our entire stay.

No management on site is a terrible idea.

The condo was nice, however the pools were all closed the two hot tubs were closed the lazy river was open and very cold. The water in the pool was 9 inches below the skimmer and the water in the only hot with water was also several inches below the skimmer. It was very nasty. And the pool deck was never cleaned the entire time we were there. Management needs to visit property every morning to to get facilities right then come back unannounced to verify it is as it should be. I Will not stay at another place that doesn’t have management on site.

Grandchildren family vacation

The only things we found we didn’t care for: No bathroom on ground floor, maintenance on stairs from and to beach, the air conditioning constantly leaked and the floors were always wet. There was nothing there to keep up with the floors. I thought it was a little dangerous, Even with this said we all loved it. These are not complaints just things that would make things better. All in all was a great stay and a happy time. Thank you

Very noisy

We did not realize it was motorcycle week. We heard traffic all night. Going a few miles on Ocean Avenue was terrible. Going 2 miles we probably saw 25 policeman. Even many on beach. So to say the least we didn’t feel safe in that area

Most disgusting!

Love the fact that it was where we wanted to be in relation to surrounding areas. The longer we stayed though, the worse things started to get. Mold around the shower door, spider webs in the corners, burnt electrical cord on the bathroom hair dryer, roaches in the master bathroom, flies throughout the whole condo that just would not go away, stains all over the carpet and stains and hairs on the towels and sheets. For the cost of this room the condition should have been MUCH better. Will NEVER book here again.

Somewhat Disappointing

We were let down by the overall shabbiness of a unit advertised as a luxury condominium. The front door had paint peeling off and reminded us of what you may find in an old tenement building. Furnishings were old, soiled, and worn. Master BR lacked a dresser. Places in kitchen had not been properly cleaned which required us to contact management to have it cleaned again. Bed was comfortable and views were as described. This unit is in a quiet location and has a lot of potential but needs serious updating ASAP. Within the scope of what Vacasa could do, our concerns were adequately addressed. They were very responsive to us and to these concerns.

Wonderful condo for four couples

We loved this property! Room enough for four couples to enjoy the sun and sand. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. It was great to have a balcony for each bedroom. Kitchen was equipped fairly well, and there was plenty of paper supplies to get us through our stay. I would book again!
