About this property

Stay right next to the BEACH!

You enter our home into the living room complete with couch and 48 inch flat screen TV. To the left we have a breakfast bar with stools and a complete/full kitchen with dining table. The bathroom is stocked with all needed items like shampoo, body wash, soap etc. The shower features a rainfall shower head. The bedroom has a memory foam queen mattress with a cooling gel technology.

We are close to many famous restaurants and bars. You will enjoy the vibe and youthful energy of Hermosa Beach. Our neighborhood is very safe and it’s not uncommon to see a lot of famous people who lives close by.

No balcony or outdoor area to use but the beach is right there as everything else out beach city offers.
We CAN offer upon request: Full Breakfast of eggs, milk, cereal, orange juice, and coffee ~ Parking pass for parking all over hermosa - Pay nothing for parking ~ Air Conditioning - rare in Hermosa Beach We are located: 10 second walk to the beach ~ 0.1 miles away from a Liquor Store/Food Mart ~ 0.7 miles away from the Hermosa Beach Pier ~ 0.1 miles away from a laundromat

We can host up to 3 people, please NOTE that we have an ADDITIONAL charge for each guest after 2. We DO NOT allow any unregistered guests to be in the unit at anytime! If HOUSE RULES are not followed we reserve the right to terminate your reservation without any refund. This is for our safety and safety of our neighbors.
