Dear holidaymakers and guests, we welcome you to our "Petit Havre." Our ground-floor studio on Rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau will be your cosy home away from home during your stay in our seaside city.

Located in the city centre at:
3-minute walk from bus and tram stops
5- to 10-minute walk from the university and the train station
14-minute walk from the Docks Vauban
7-minute bus ride from theEspace Coty
7- to 10-minute tram ride from City Hall and the beach
The Apartment
Our single-level studio consists of:

- a living area with a sofa and TV, next to which you’ll find a sleeper sofa with a full-size mattress (140x200)
- a dining area with a table and two chairs
- a fully equipped kitchen with all the basic appliances (filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave, hob, refrigerator) as well as all the cooking utensils you’d find at home
- a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, sink, closet with hangers and storage bins, hair dryer, bathroom scale, ironing board and iron

We provide all linens (bedding, bath towels, tea towels).
You’ll also find dish soap, a sponge, hand soap, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper on site, as well as several books and useful information to help ensure your stay goes smoothly.

Near the accommodation, you’ll find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, a tobacco shop, restaurants, several ATMs, and various shops and small businesses. A large Lidl is located 550 metres away, the Le Sirius cinema is also 550 metres away, and the Gaumont is 1,100 metres away.

We’re close to the C2 bus line, which serves the city centre, as well as the main tram line. You’ll find a ticket vending machine there. You’ll also find “LIME” self-service electric scooters available for rent “on every street corner.”
Additional notes:
The TV does not have any channels at this time, but you can watch YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime using your personal login credentials.
