This is one of the largest (3000 square feet) ski in ski out properties at Park City/ Canyons. It is twenty steps from your door to the ski slope. The Vintage on the Strand can be skied to via the Lower Sunrise Ski run. Vintage on the Strand is situated just west (uphill) of The Sundial Lodge, and up hill from the bottom of the gondola. Park City and the Canyons are now combined and owned by Vail Corporation. It is the largest ski resort in North America. There is no better location to ski it from than Vintage on the Strand. The Condo is two floors with no one above you. It is an end unit so you have huge views in all directions. There is parking for two cars in front of the garage. The unit was renovated in 2020 so everything is fresh and new. You have an unobstructed view of the mountain and out across the Basin. You are within walking distance to many fine restaurants and spas. A free shuttle located just below the unit at the Sundial Lodge will take you to Deer Valley, Main Street Park City, shopping, Groceries etc. There are five other ski resorts less than 45 minutes away. Salt Lake international Airport is less than 40 minutes away.

The unit has three Main type bedrooms with king beds and one bunk room that has a full over full and a twin over twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the loft that has a bathroom accessible. All bedrooms, the living room and the loft have smart tv's. Excellent internet. You have a private washer and dryer in the unit. All bathroom and kitchen counters are granite. There is a phone in the unit and calls in the US are free. Please note we can not guarantee snow conditions which may affect ski in ski out.

The house is really nice, equipped with everything you need, great for a family vacation. And the location is really good, ski in/out and you can walk to lift, restaurants, etc. Melissa was always available.

The house could not have worked out better for our group - the furnishings were beautiful and very comfortable and location was perfect truly ski in - ski out! Melissa was so helpful to answer all our questions and has a fantastic place for a family or group of friends.

Perfection in the Canyons!

We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay in this beautiful and functional home. Great, usable space for two families with kids, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a true ski in/out location. The quality of furnishings/textiles made me feel as if I were in my own home (not a VRBO) and I looked forward to returning after skiing each day. Communication and entry upon arrival were seamless. We all agreed it was our best ski house/vacation and I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

This property is amazing not only because the location can not be better but it is HUGE! The bedrooms are so big so whether you're coming with just your own family, several families, or a bunch of friends, there is plenty of space. Also, we love to cook and entertain so the house is really well set up for doing so.

We are happy to help make restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do while you're here. We also can refer you to someone who will do your grocery shopping and set up a private chef. We also have several awesome babysitters we can share! And of course, the house is ski in/out!!!
