3h30 from the centre of Paris or 2 hours from Lyon, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park, the house "La colline du Morvan" welcomes you with its bucolic view of the countryside of Château-Chinon, capital of the Haut-Morvan.

This family house is the ideal place for family holidays or weekends with friends for a guaranteed quiet stay. You will be surrounded by fields and forests and you will be lulled by the singing of birds. The house is totally independent, without vis-à-vis and has a fully enclosed garden of more than 5,000m2.

It has a living room, with library, TV, PS4, wifi which opens onto the terrace which offers a splendid view of the countryside and the city of Château-Chinon, perfect point of view for convivial moments.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and everything you need to cook (induction hob).

On the ground floor, it has 3 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a children's bedroom with 3 bunk beds. It also has a shower room and a bathroom.

It is possible to provide equipment for babies: a bed, a bath, a potty, a high chair, a deckchair, a booster seat.

Many games are also provided for children (football goal, books, beach toys, board games, etc.).

In terms of activities, you can enjoy walks in the forest or in the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the house, but also by mountain bike or on horseback.

You can also discover the small town of Château-Chinon, a pretty town of less than 2,000 inhabitants which culminates at an altitude of 609 metres from its Calvair, also known for its Niki de Saint Phalle fountain or its Septennat museum. The thermal baths of Saint-Honoré-les-Bains are 30 minutes away by car.

Not to mention the main lakes of the Morvan (Settons, Pannecière...) which are only about twenty minutes away by car (paddle, canoe-kayak, pedal boat, jet-ski...).

The Morvan Concierge will be your contact for the preparation of your trip and will be present on your arrival to welcome you.

The children's room cannot accommodate adults. The beds are suitable for teenagers, but not for adults. Please respect this instruction. Clearly indicate the number of adults and the number of children in your reservation.

For your stay, cleaning and laundry fees are applied. The cleaning fees are intended for the payment of the salary declared to the person in charge of this work. The laundry is carried out by a professional allowing you to enjoy perfectly clean laundry.

However, we ask that you:
For your departure, the house and kitchen will be in a suitable condition. The dishes will have to be done and put away. Even if you have paid a cleaning charge at the time of your booking, this package has been chosen for a "normal" job. We use your common sense to ensure that the house is in a suitable condition at the end of your stay. We reserve the right to request the deduction of an additional cleaning fee from the deposit if we notice a lack of respect in the use and occupation of the premises.
