Amazing, tranquil setting

What an amazing location! If you want to get away from it all, this is the house for you. Stunning Mountain View’s, remote & peaceful setting. House itself is rustic and authentic for the region. Owners were friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any queries or minor issues. Also a good base for some local exploring. Will definitely book again.

Ideal para descansar y desconectar

Se localiza en un paraje singular apartado desde el que poder hacer rutas caminando o en bicicleta. Del exterior destacan las vistas, piscina, jardín, barbacoa de gas y horno moruno (aunque no funcionaba). El interior estancias amplias, cocina equipada con ollas y sartenes, que tuvimos que limpiar antes de usarlas. A mejorar: La limpieza general de la casa. El camino de salida de la finca en pendiente con grava y tierra. Velocidad de internet con WiFi.

Een fijne plek om tot rust te komen

Wij hebben het zeer naar ons zin gehad in ons onze twee weken in dit huis met goede voorzieningen, de tsjirpende krekels en verkoeling bij het zwembad. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en goed rondgeleid door de eigenaar. We hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt in de omgeving en mooie uitstapjes naar onder meer de mooie steden Cartagena, Lorca en Caravaca de la Cruz en het mooie strand van Puerto de Mazarrón. Kortom we hebben genoten van onze vakantie hier en hebben goed tot rust kunnen komen.

Excelente lugar donde descansar y desconectar

Por las características de la casa, es ideal para el descanso y la desconexión. Se localiza en un paraje singular apartado de cualquier núcleo urbano, desde el que poder hacer rutas caminando o en bicicleta. Del exterior de la casa destacaría sus vistas a la sierra de Espuña, su piscina, el amplio jardín y su barbacoa de gas y horno moruno (cuando nosotros lo visitamos nos dijeron que no estaba terminado). Está suficientemente equipado para poder alojar hasta 6 personas, aunque para juntarse en la mesa en el exterior hay que juntar diferentes mesas y sillas. En el interior destacan sus amplios dormitorios con capacidad para 6 personas. También un baño completo con plato de ducha y bidé y otro aseo pequeño interior, sin apenas ventilación. La cocina también es grande y está equipada con suficientes enseres como para cocinar. La propiedad pone a disposición de los huéspedes una botella de agua y zumo, como cortesía y además hay otras bebidas como más botellas de agua, vino, café, etc… que puedes comprar aunque su precio es muy superior al que encontrarás en el supermercado. También tiene una mesa grande en la que poder comer. Una cocina de gas butano con 4 quemadores, microondas, tostadora, cafetera automática compatible con cápsulas Nespresso, hervidor de agua, lavavajillas y frigorífico con congelador. Junto a la cocina hay un pequeño anexo con la lavadora y muchas ollas y sartenes. En nuestro caso algunas de ellas estaban sucias y tuvimos que lavarlas a conciencia antes de utilizarlas. En el salón comedor adornada con alfombras antiguas en el suelo, hay otra mesa. Junto a la televisión hay sofás con capacidad para 4 personas y 2 sillas desde la que poder ver la televisión. Destaca: lugar tranquilo, amplitud de las estancias, piscina, jardín. A mejorar: la limpieza general de la casa, tanto de los enseres de cocina como también el olor a “polvo” al entrar en la casa, que imagino que se debe a las alfombras del salón. También la salida de la finca es por una cuesta con gravilla, tierra y baches, que debería mejorarse. Por último, la velocidad de internet a través del WiFi resultó insuficiente como para conectar el ordenador de trabajo.

Excellent endroit, entouré de nature, au milieu de la Sierra Espuña, pour se reposer et se ressourcer, avec une belle piscine entretenue pour le plaisir des enfants et des plus grands. Maison avec tout le confort nécessaire, décoré à l'ancienne.

De belles vacances dans les collines comme en Provence

Une belle maison familiale bien typique espagnole. Au calme sans voisin a proximité, accessible et à 10mn du centre ville de Totana. Les nombreuses plages sont a 30mn belles et encore sauvages. La piscine est tres bien. La cuisine est tres bien équipée pour faire de la cuisine. Les propriétaires parlent parfaitement le français et l anglais et sont des gens agréables et disponibles si nécessaires qui vous laisseront les clefs de leur maison de famille. Je recommande cette maison avec ou sans enfants ou avec des amis.

Un estupendo lugar para la desconexión, el relax y poder disfrutar de la naturaleza y de la compañía con la que acudas. El anfitrión y la casa a la altura de lo que esperas, no echas de menos nada en la casa para poder disfrutar de los días de descanso. Sin duda merece la pena acudir a casa de La Cruz.

La casa es estupenda, muy completa, con todo lo necesario para estar a super a gusto. Es un contraste muy agradable entre las facilidades modernas de hostelería y la decoración rústica, antigua presente en la casa.
