The house is smaller, but efficiently designed so there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were new. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was on one level with just a vary small step up to the door. The Florida room (lanai?) was very relaxing. The host was very responsive to any communications. The neighborhood was quiet and quite friendly. The location had easy access to the main roads. Overall, a great house. When we return to St. Augustine, this place will be on the top of our list.

Wonderful VRBO beach house! Exactly what I was looking for. I just loved the separate bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms. Clean, cozy, and just blocks from the beach. Pet-friendly amenities and a relaxing vibe made it a fantastic getaway. Highly recommend!

Amazing beach house!

My husband, mother, and one of her friends stayed for a long weekend. It was the perfect open space to be together and still have our space with three private bathrooms. Immaculate home steps from the beach and a short drive to downtown. The hosts could not have been more wonderful and helpful. We can’t wait to go back! If you are searching for a vacation rental on St Augustine for your family look no further! You will love this home and the quiet neighborhood.

We love the three bedroom three bath. It works perfect for our family. As I have more grown-up children that would prefer to have their own bathroom close to the beach close to town always have fun.

Fabulous beach stay!

My husband and I (and our 2 dogs) thoroughly enjoyed working from this property for a month. It's a beautiful space 3 blocks from the beach. The fully fenced yard (and the dog friendly beach) we're great for the dogs. And Casey and Yuliya we're so helpful and available to offer suggestions and answer questions. If you're coming to St. Augustine Beach, stay here!

Great home!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Roomy with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and also an office attached to one of the bedrooms. It was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Fully stockade-fenced backyard which our little dog loved. Quick walk to the beach. Great weather was the only thing lacking, but sure can't blame the house for that!

A great option if you want to be able to walk to the beach!

We had the best stay! The outdoor shower was great to rinse off our pup, and it was nice that she could dry off in the fenced in backyard. We also appreciated the extra beach towels. The largest bedroom had a walk-in closet, which was just big enough to fit our pack and play for our baby to sleep in. The house was easily walking distance to the beach and there are a few restaurants near by worth checking out. Would recommend Beachcomber which is also walking distance from the house! The owners were very responsive when we had a couple of questions and overall we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!

Perfect and CLEAN

Thank you Christi and Josh for the wonderful accommodations! Your house was the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented. The house was perfect for my friend and I - we each had our own master suite and plenty of space. The kitchen is top notch and the private fenced yard is perfect for a post-yoga quiet breakfast. Loved the easy walk to/from the beach and the outdoor shower to rinse off when we returned. I am sorry my dog Lucille did not get to come, because it would have been perfect for her, especially the dog door! That was a real surprise. Thank you for the care/thoughtful way you take care of your guests - it was a great house and I have recommended it to my family and friends that live in the area. I am sure my husband and I will book it on our next trip down to visit family.

Blissful Beach Bungalow

My husband and I (along with our min-pin) absolutely fell in love with this property! It was very well-designed for beach living with soft colors, elegant décor, top-quality furnishings and lovely private outdoor spaces. The home was extremely open, spacious, meticulously clean and well-maintained. Such a restful, peaceful vibe...honestly could have stayed forever! You hear the roar of the ocean from the home which was so soothing. Walk out the front door, stroll straight ahead for 4-5 minutes and you are at the most breath-taking beach ever.. wide sandy dunes and beach, the softest sand, shells galore, wide open 360 degree views of open sky, majestic waves...totally liberating! Super fun to watch surfers in action too! Neighborhood has lots of great beach restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream right around the corner from the house. Happy neighborhood with mo-ped riders, dog-walkers, joggers and surfboarders constantly on parade up and down the street. A bonus to our trip was enjoying all St Augustine has to offer...history, architecture, music, museums, tons of fabulous restaurants...list goes on and on. There are always special events...in our case, Nights of Lights and Downton Abby Exhibit at The Lightner Museum. The complete package? Blissful beach house, beautiful beach and sensational Old Town...husband and I look so forward to our return someday to this sweet little home by the beach! A heavenly stay that was perfect in every way! Note: Owners were so very hospitable and set the mood for our happy stay...A very thoughtful hand-written note, bright and sunny yellow bouquet and lovely bottle of local wine welcomed us to their home on arrival. Their personal recommendations for local restaurants were provided , along with golf information for my husband and general information on home details were given which were very helpful resources for us. We greatly appreciated their kindness!

Great Place and Better Than Expected!

My wife and I came down to visit for 3 weeks with our dog to get away from the Northeast weather. We have stayed in many places over the years but this was the first time we stayed in a single house on the other side of the A1A. To be honest, I was not sure how this would go especially since our dog is now officially disabled and needs a wheelchair. But when we got to the house, we found it to be especially clean and very well laid out for a visitors stay. Everything was clean and labeled throughout the house. The open concept of the house was great, it made things really easy for our shepherd and her wheelchair to get around. The doorways are wide and the house is pretty accessible for folks that may need assistance. We really enjoyed our stay. The back porch was awesome and it was fairly quiet while we worked out there. Some noise here and there from a neighbor but nothing too crazy. There are a lot of folks walking through the area with their dogs and there is a cut through walkway on the other side of the house but it did not pose a problem at all. Each room has its own TV with cable and the beds we fairly comfortable so we slept well and there was plenty of bedding and towels available for each bathroom. The garage was great. Its clean and has a lot of beach gear. Some of the chairs are a bit old but nothing to worry so much about and there are 4 bikes there but I am not sure if they are for use or not so you will have to ask. I brought my own bike and other toys so it was not an issue but great to have that area to store it all in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we wished we could of booked more time here. I cannot say anything negative about this house. I can only say that I would make some minor changes which would be maybe to have some grass in the back instead of wood chips for the whole yard. I get why its there but it gets tracked into the house and it would be easier for the dog to use since she is more used to that. No big deal but just a small area would be nice. There’s a couple other things I would probably upgrade down the road to help with our situation but its not “needed” for the house. Otherwise I thinks it was perfect. Communication with the owner was great. We had spoke a few times and they were really kind and helpful. 5 stars for this one folks. We will be back for sure. Thanks again for a great stay.

Great First Time Visit to St. Augustine

Relaxing beach vacation

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. The walk to the beach is no problem, especially if you use the beach wagon that’s in the garage (such a nice surprise!) We brought our own boogie boards but if we would’ve forgotten them, they have some there you can use. The beds were very comfortable and the outside shower was VERY convenient for after the beach. We had a great time 😊

St. Augustine was love at first sight. We were instantly attracted by its low-key vibe, numerous independent eateries, interesting history, and natural beauty. Ezmeralda beach house truly epitomizes all of the charms St. Augustine has to offer - from the Spanish moss-draped oaks to the constant sound of the Atlantic heard from the beautiful lanai, she is a beauty. After renting the house for a month, we knew she had to be ours. The rest is history!

What makes this property unique

The house is very private and comfortable. Our favorite features are the heated outdoor shower and a private lanai. This home is just steps away from a beautiful beach on a very quiet residential street. It is close to shops, restaurants and historic attractions yet tucked away in a residential neighborhood.
