Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, sports centre 3 km, skisport facilities 2.7 km, ski school 3.1 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Please note: car recommended. Main road 300 m from the property.
3-room terraced house 60 m2 on 3 levels. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with TV. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, bidet. Electric heating, boiler. Garden, south-east facing position and south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Le plus : Location agréable, dans un environnement magnifique. La vue sur le Mont Blanc avec le glacier est splendide, chalet est lumineux, extérieur agréable. L'agence donne des tickets de bus et train gratuit pour la semaine, c'est le top car à Chamonix on ne peut pas se garer. Le moins : On entend dehors les camions sur la 4 voies. Pas de four, la moquette est à changer (odeur forte surtout dans l'escalier de l'entrée), et le wifi payant. Pas de parasol avec la table de jardin

Un bel emplacement

L’emplacement de la maison est magnifique ! Hyper calme et la vue incroyable. Mais elle a besoin d’un peu de réfection. four inutilisable, moquette au sol, bidet, frigo petit et certains éléments plastique cassés à l’intérieur. Elle est bien équipée en terme d’ustensiles de cuisine, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Par contre attention il n’y a aucun produit d’entretien et hygiène, bien penser au papier toilette, sac poubelle, éponges …

Maison avec belle vue sur les montagnes

Séjour agréable dans cette maison complète avec garage et jardin. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes. 2 vraies chambres et un clicclac confortable. Vraie cuisine. Attention le ballon d'eau chaude ne fourni que 2 douches par jour. Il est anormalement insuffisant. Ce point devrait être revu. Il faut aussi apporter tous ces assaisonnements, liquide vaisselle, PQ... On vous fourni le minimum vital à votre arrivée, mais la maison est vidée entre deux occupants de toute évidence.

Très bon séjour

Location agréable, dans un environnement magnifique. La vue sur le Mont Blanc avec le glacier est splendide, chalet très lumineux, très propre, bien agencé, extérieur agréable pour les enfants. Petit bémol au niveau de l'équipement (pas de four micro onde...), de la moquette qui selon moi est à changer (odeur forte surtout dans l'escalier de l'entrée), et le wifi payant.

Magnifique chalet avec une vue imprenable sur l aiguille du Midi et son glacier. Excentré du centre ville, mais idéalement situé pour un séjour en pleine nature. Bien équipé, propre même si les matelas mériteraient d être rafraîchis.... Idéal pour un séjour en famille à 4. Voiture nécessaire pour se déplacer.

Vue exceptionnelle, la route à proximité (mais non visible) n’est’pas trop gênante pour le bruit (fenêtres fermées on entends rien). L’equipement bien (salon de jardin dans le garage). Il manque peut être un micro-onde, certains tube fluorescent mettent 5 secondes à s’allumer mais une fois qu’on le sait ça va) Pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge 2 escaliers problématiques (voir photo). Très content du séjour.
