Holiday apartment built in 2004, bedroom downtairs with a double bed, bedroom upstairs with 2 beds, combined kitchen-livingroom with a convertible sofa bed, electric sauna. Total area of the apartment is 57 m² of which 47 m² downstairs and 10 m² upstairs.

Construction will be taking place in the area in 2025-26, which may cause occasional noise disturbance.
