Mark was a fantastic host. He was extremely polite, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Highly recommend staying at his property!

Perfect spot to stay for a ski trip to Sunday River with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Nature trails at the end of the street and the Host is super responsive and friendly.
Nice big house for our group, with plenty of room. Close to town.

Our stay was short because we only needed rest for the night. However, check in process was super simple. This place was perfect for all our needs like shower, rooms/beds, kitchen filled with all necessities, great parking. There was plenty of space for everyone and kids would have a great yard area to play in.
Our family enjoyed a 4 day stay at this place for a ski vacation. It's a house with no luxuries, just the basic that you need for an extended stay. Beds were comfortable, which is what I care most about. It has a garage, which is convenient. Mark was very responsive and accommodating. Nice place to stay overall.
the premises could have been a lot cleaner and the TV channels, etc. were very difficult to maneuver. Otherwise it was comfortable

Sorry you didn’t find the house clean. I will pass that on to my housekeeper. The television is dish and it is what it is. I have trouble navigating it as well. Someday we may get cable. Thank you for choosing our Sunday River home
