Very beautiful older property

The Cassou-Villa is a spacious family holiday home. We enjoyed our stay there very much with the wonderful garden and the large pool. The pétanque course was also great fun. But if you expect extravagant luxury, this is not the right place for you: the house is family-friendly and functionally but not too fancy furnished. It is located in a beautiful, quiet quarter of La Croix Valmer.

Ein tolles Haus mit Traumgarten und Pool. Nachdem wir moniert hatten, dass Küche nicht sauber und Grillabdeckung am Grill festgebrannt war, war innerhalb einer Stunde alles geputzt und neuer Grill geliefert.Zu verbessern: Für 8 Personen mehr als einen Eingangsschlüssel, auch nicht auf Nachfrage ! Geliehene Bettwäsche und Handtücher für 8 Pers.müssen im Haus deponiert werden und nicht in Cavalaire abzuholen sein, viele Kilos, kein Parkplatz vor Agentur, eine Zumutung, das weit zu schleppen.Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen,eine tolle Atmosphäre, wir kommen mit Freude wieder!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben unsere recht kurze Zeit zu 6. in dem Haus genossen. Das einzige Problem für uns war, dass uns das Haus zu weit ab vom Schuss lag. Wir waren 6 Freunde zwischen 20 und 25 Jahre und hatten natürlich vor, Feiern zu gehen und das Nachtleben der Gegend zu entdecken. Da ist eine Strecke von 30 - 45 Minuten für den einfachen weg (Saint Tropez / Saint Maxime / Pampelonne / Grimaud) leider viel - für mich... Ansonsten ist das Haus wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, das nötig ist.

Es könnte perfekt sein

Wir waren von Mitte bis Ende Juli zu acht in der Villa. Es ist eigentlich wunderschön, ziemlich groß und gut eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage wenigstens in den Schlafzimmern wäre schön gewesen, die kleinen Ventilatoren waren nicht ausreichend. Die Türen haben gequietscht wie im Horrorfilm und Fliegenschutschgitter wären auch von Vorteil, wir waren total zerstochen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und der Pool sind riesig.

Ferienhaus Cassou

Bei Ankunft mussten wir das ganze Geschirr zuerst reinigen, nicht appetitlich! Sonnenliegen am Pool teilweise defekt. Grill unbrauchbar da innen total verrostet und nicht gereinigt. In einem Schlafzimmer waren 2 Boiler im Schrank welche nachts die Bewohner durch sehr laute Pumpgeräusche sehr gestört hat. Eine Sanierung wäre dringend nötig da die Villa einen schmudeligen Eindruck erweckt.

Très agréable séjour

Très jolie villa, jardin très bien entretenu Coup de cœur pour le joli palmier devant la piscine, jolie piscine. Maison bien équipée pour nombreuses personnes, chambres avec chacune leur sdb privée. Quelques pistes d’amélioration : la clim dans les chambres serait appréciable ( au moins dans quelques unes pour les plus exigeants..., 1 cafetière nespresso. 1 seul point négatif: moustiques très présents. En résumé : superbe!!!

quelques petites choses à revoir....

la maison en elle même, la situation, la piscine sont très bien , j'aurais juste aimé que les choses cassées soient réparées( un pommeau de douche, lumières piscine ne fonctionnent pas, 2 relax et 1 parasol cassés, plancher terrasse bois dangereux...) il manque des portes serviettes dans les salle de bain... au vu du prix de location!!!!
