la pièce principale a été rénovée et est très jolie et bien équipée. En revanche, la salle de bain, la chambre, le couloir, la terrasse sont très vétustes. Le couvre lit était sale, les murs et plafonds crasseux, des dizaines de traces de moustiques écrasés... La terrasse manque d'équipements, pas de transats... difficile de lire installé sur une chaise !

Sehr schönes zweckmäßiges Appartement mit sehr modernem Küchenblock. Balkon mit schönem Meerblick. Jedoch etwas unkultiviertem Garten. Bei Dunkelheit keine funktionierenden Wegleuchten durch den Garten Richtung Strand. Großer Pool mit Bewirtung, Pizza kleine Snacks zu moderaten Preisen.

Bella vacanza.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence dal 25/08 al 01/09 , siamo stati molto bene.Il complesso è vicinissimo alla spiaggia, supermercato e negozietti vari.La struttura è un po' datata ma funzionale.Consiglierei di rimodernare l'appartamento specialmente il bagno,vecchiotto,e di fornirlo di zanzariere e condizionatore in camera da letto.Per quanto riguarda la consegna delle chiavi tutto perfetto ma aggiungerei alla brochure informativa la traduzione in italiano,c'era in inglese tedesco e francese.....Nel complesso ottima vacanza e ritorneremo volentieri.

Erwartungen erfüllt - angenehme Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist gut mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Besonders die Küche hat uns sehr überzeugt und es hat Spaß gemacht sich dort selbst zu versorgen. Einkaufen kann man in unmittelbarer Nähe, ggfls. auch zu Fuß. Es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz mit 1 Stellplatz pro Wohnung, was mir wichtig war. Die Anlage verfügt über einen weitläufigen Außenbereich, sodass wir unseren Hund gerne mitnehmen konnten und er auch bei großer Hitze nicht zu kurz kam. Der Poolbereich ist kinderfreundlich gestaltet, mit Chip gesichert und nachmittags überwacht. Dort haben wir viele heiße Stunden verbracht. Alternativ gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum öffentlichen Sand-Strand. Hier kann man verschiedene Wassersportangebote nutzen oder auch Liege mit Sonnenschirm mieten. Mehrere Rettungsschwimmer sind dauerhaft vor Ort. Im Schwimmerbereich fällt das Wasser aber auch nicht sehr schnell und tief ab. Unmittelbar an die Ferienanlage anschließend befindet sich der Hafen von Cogolin mit sagenhaft schönen Jachten, romantischen Restaurants und Cafe's . Es gibt eine Bootsverbindung nach St. Tropez und einen Freizeitpark mit späktakulären Attraktionen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Weitere abendliche Ausflüge nach St. Maxime, Gassin, St. Tropez, Ramatuelle und Cavalaire-sur-Mer haben unseren Urlaub abgerundet. Wir würden hier auch wieder hinfahren uns können Freunden und Bekannten die Wohnung bzw. die Ferienanlage nur empfehlen. Die örtliche Abwicklung der Vermietung war angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Büro ist nur um die Ecke. Vor Ort gibt es einen fleißigen Hausmeister der auch die öffentlichen Bereiche immer gut in Ordnung hatte und für jedermann ansprechbar war.
