I have lived in Thunder Bay most of my life and have my own rental property business which is my passion. I love to help people live in safe, clean affordable homes in a good environment. My husband is a retired mill worker and helps me with my business. We have been married for 35 years. I have two children and am a grandmother of three. At present I own 4 vacation homes,, 3 in Thunder Bay and one in Parksville BC where my mother lives..
Why they chose this property
My daughter owned this property and decided to move closer to where I live so I thought it would be an Ideal place for my business and purchased it from her. I rented it out to students at Con Collage for years and decided to make it into a vacation suite early 2021
