About this property

Country gîte in a secure farmhouse

Gîte for 2 people of 30m2 completely renovated on one level and on the ground floor.
We welcome you to our farmhouse in the village of Chevincourt in the Oise.
The farmhouse consists of our house and 2 gîtes.
The cottage consists of
of a main room with
- a sleeping area: 140x190 cm bed
- a lounge area with a convertible corner sofa, a coffee table and a 107 cm smart TV. NETFLIX available
- a kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) a table and 2 chairs.
- A bathroom with toilet and shower.
Washing machine and dryer in a shared laundry room.
There is also a terrace with table, chairs and barbecue facilities.
Possibility to put a folding bed for a baby.
Possibility to accommodate 2 adults in 2 different beds (bed and sofa)

Courtesy basket: tea, sugar, coffee.
Bed made on arrival, towels and tea towels provided.
We offer aperitif baskets and breakfast baskets on weekends and during school holidays. For more information, contact us.

25kw per day is included in the rental price. Beyond that, an extra charge will be requested after reading the metre (only during heating periods, kw at the EDF rate in force)

The gîte was clean and well-appointed, just as shown in the photos. Isabelle was very welcoming. We really enjoyed visiting Compiègne and also Pierrefonds was impressive. Lovely to be able to buy fresh croissants for breakfast from the village boulangerie.

Gîte plein de charme

Le gîte est très cosy, très joliment décoré, et très bien équipé. Je suis venue pour être au calme et profiter des environs, j'ai pu travailler et lire tranquillement, bien installée dans le canapé, réchauffée par le plaid (les températures étaient négatives), et aller faire une petite randonnée dans la neige sans prendre la voiture grâce aux petites brochures à disposition. Isabelle est très sympathique et elle a été disponible. Un endroit à recommander, où je reviendrai avec plaisir si j'ai besoin d'air et de calme.

Petit gîte bien sympathique

Agréable séjour au calme, idéalement situé pour visiter les environs (Compiègne, Pierrefonds…) et pour les randonnées. Logement propre et bien équipé. Isabelle et Éric sont très accueillant et sympathiques. Merci !
