On the ground floor: you’ll find a very large 65-square-meter living room with a fireplace, opening onto a terrace and a large, private, enclosed garden; a large, bright, fully equipped kitchen; a bathroom (shower, sink); a separate toilet; a bedroom (2 beds measuring 90 x 200, which can be pushed together to form a 180 bed); a laundry area (washing machine and dryer) with another toilet.

Upstairs: a bathroom (shower, bathtub, vanity), 1 separate toilet, and 4 bedrooms: one bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 200) (which can be pushed together to form a 180 bed) with a bathtub and sink, one bedroom with one 160x200 bed, featuring a bathtub and sink, and two other bedrooms, each with two 90x200 beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180 bed).
