Appartement bien situé face à la mer avec une belle terrasse. Bemol, appartement impersonnel et manque de confort, matelas bz a changer,manque de rangement. Fuite notre arrivée le samedi réparer le lundi à 16h,de plus coupure d eau le mercredi. Critiques constructives PM

Belle vue sur la mer,petit bémol mais qui reste vraiment dérisoire c'est que pour aller aux toilettes il faut passer par la salle de bain... Mais en même temps vue le prix de la location on ne peut pas avoir un hôtel cinq étoiles....

Serait bien de mettre plutôt des lumières au mur au lieu de diverse lampes. Refaire l'électricité car cela faisait pas mal de coup de jus (surtout niveau canape). Revoir aussi la table qui est belle mais trop grande pour un petit appartement . Et à voir aussi les problèmes de canalisation... Et mettre un ventilateur surtout en période de forte chaleur.

Ménage non fait, l'état des Oreillers, alezes et matelas suspicieux, Ustensiles de cuisine vieillot Fer à repasser des années 50, je n'ai pas testé le fonctionnement, Housse de table à repasser pas nette Salle de bain sale Bref avant installation nous avons dû faire le ménage et surtout désinfecté en cette période de covid...... Il semblerait qu'aucune vérification ne soit effectuée avant l'arrivée des locataires.... Pensez à changer de société de ménage, ou modifier le contrat.......

Le logement était très mignon, avec une très belle vue, malheureusement au bout du deuxième jour nous avez été envahis de fourmis malgré un nettoyage approfondi. De plus le canapé convertible n’était très propre.

bonne situation mais propreté laisse a desirer

l appartement est bien situé mais en arrivant alors que le nettoyage final est fait par un prestataire nous avons dû le refaire en arrivant reste de café dans la verseuse de la cafetiere electrique papier sous le lit dans la chambre pas de rangement dans la salle d eau petit frigo heureusement que nous etions que 2 nous ne retournerons pas dans cet appartement

Points négatifs: Appartement vieillissant. Mobilier correct mais sans plus. Douche digne d'une colonie de vacances. Les toilettes, certes séparées mais il faut passer par la salle d'eau pour y aller. Pas de clim. Points positifs: très jolie vue sur la mer. Calme. Parfait pour un couple seul (voire avec un jeune enfant). Accès rapide à la plage. Commerces, restaurants à moins de dix minutes à pieds. Parking numéroté.
