- A fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, etc.
- A double bedroom with a double bed and dressing area.
- A bathroom with shower and washbasin, accessible from the bedroom.
- A separate WC.

Please note If you are planning a stay with family or friends, it is possible to accommodate two extra people by also booking ‘La Madeleine’, a second flat on the same floor. This accommodation, designed for two people, is the ideal complement for a group stay while retaining your independence.

Neighbourhood:
- The accommodation is ideally located in the Madeleine district with all amenities within walking distance. There is a supermarket less than 150 m away and a large supermarket and shopping centre 6 minutes away by car.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the street, which is completely free.

For the well-being and peace of mind of all occupants, we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the premises and to observe the following rules:

- The accommodation does not have the necessary facilities to accommodate a baby.

Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette located approximately 2 km by car or 750 m on foot from the accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: This launderette closes at 9pm but is open 24 hours a day for our guests.
