Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Chiavari, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: garden 4'000 m2 lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 13 m, depth 110 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with alarm system. Table tennis, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Mare e Sole" 6 km, rocky beach 6 km. Nearby attractions: Porticcio 20 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. Ideal for nature lovers.

Petit coin de paradis

Logement pour quatre personnes un peu petit. Équipement de base. Très propre. Terrasse formidable , vue magnifique et un environnement paradisiaque. Piscine, ping-pong, un jardin merveilleusement arboré Et des propriétaires sympathiques
