The view of the Lake was incredible! The proximity of the playground and beach were awesome, as were the out door patio amenities. My family had a blast fishing !The only hindrence perhaps, was the configuration of the bedrooms. It was a great weekend to bond with my family and although it was the middle of September, the weather was perfect!

We LOVED this place! Being right on the water was magical! It was such a comfortable place to stay between our adventures. Very well equipped. We were entertained for hours by the family of minks that lived in the rock wall behind us. Had a bald eagle land in our tree!Most furniture was quite comfortable.Bed we used in the room with 2 doubles was comfy but unfortunately very loud.

Comfortable overall. We had 6 adults and 3 dogs in our group and it was roomy enough. Very nice view of the lake.

We rented this cottage during Memorial Day weekend for our sons’ graduation from Oberlin College. Fun stay in a beautiful spot. Fun to watch the families and kids on the beach, piers and park. Weather was so so so didn’t use the outdoor accommodations but nice place. Trains go by nearby frequently in the early mornings so if train whistles bother you bring earplugs. We had a fun visit at the nearby Cedar Point amusement park.

Excellent location with direct access to the beach and pier. Fishing galore, wonderfully relaxing and friendly area. Well stocked with towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Easy access to cedar point and local food places. Loved our stay with our family.

Our family had an unforgettable time at this house, starting with waking up in the morning looking out over a beautiful calm lake Erie, to kids having a blast fishing off the pier or playing in the park, to ending our evenings with fires in the fire pit and making s’mores. This is a wonderful location to spend great family time and to make new memories. Our host was able to answer all our questions and very helpful in making this one of the best vacations we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again.
