Adorable little cottage about 20 steps to the beach. Exactly as it looks in the photos. We have returned to this cottage community for years and this unit was impeccably clean. Also, the location is fantastic and is walking distance to everything in Dewey but on a quieter block which was nice at night bc it wasn’t as loud as many of the other locations. The host was also kind and easy to work with, accommodating, and incredibly responsive. We cannot wait to return - Thank you!

This cute cottage was perfect for our stay in Dewey. It was great to be able to access both the beach and restaurant within minutes, which gave us a lot of flexibility with our days. The host was also very responsive and helpful.

Off-season retreat

Dewey is wonderful even in chilly February. Delighted that Jenni was able to accommodate us on such short notice. She is an excellent host, and her cottage is our preferred place to stay.

Great cottage right in the heart of Dewey

We have stayed here 3 years in a row and booked for next year already. It is so convenient to be able to walk right onto the beach when you make a right out of the driveway, or make a left to be right on the main strip. The cottage is very cozy and great for a movie when it is raining. Highly recommend!

The location of the property is exceptional. If we had nice weather, we would have been on the beach the entire time (as it was only less than half a block away). The property is small. It is smaller than we expected. For items like the ceiling fans, we had a hard time figuring out which electrical switch went to what fixture. The fan in the master bedroom did not work at all (no matter which switch we tried). The property is not big enough for 4 people and a large dog. We enjoyed working with our host, who was very pleasant through our text interaction. I suppose the price was appropriate for the property.

This cottage is very quaint and comfortable. Unbeatable location. The area is very dog friendly. Jenni is so nice and super responsive. Upon check-in we noticed some of the cleaning was lacking. I notified Jenni and she immediately responded and rectified the matter. Truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. She is great and because of her I will 10/10 stay here again!

Sept Girls Weekend

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this wonderful beach cottage! Communication with Jenni was great from the time of booking. We were here during Tropical Storm Ophelia and she checked in with us throughout the weekend. We will be back 😊

Perfect for beach break weekend with a dog

I stayed for 4 nights over the MLK weekend, just me and my dog. This place was perfect. It really is just steps from the beach and we did long walks on the beach morning and afternoon. The inside is so cute and well appointed. The queen-sized bed was super, duper comfortable. I slept very well. Communication with the owner was superb and the 2 questions I had once on-site were immediately answered. We will be back for sure. Thanks Jenni and family!

Lovely stay for small family

Very nice stay for a small family. The house was very thoughtfully equipped with all we needed and we appreciated it is nicely decorated. We loved having the screened in porch to enjoy in the evenings and the outdoor picnic table to eat our meals outside. House is jest steps from the beach.

Great location, everything was as described on the listing, could have been a bit cleaner but it is an older rental and a pet friendly unit.
