Whoa

It took me awhile to write this as I did not want my emotions to be fresh. We were with a group of folks for a wedding and booked this location for 5 nights. This property was booked 9 months in advance. The night before we arrive I receive an email saying they double booked the place and they will be moving our party to another location midway through our trip. I reached out and they said my options were to cancel and find another place to stay. I was pissed to say the least. No apologies, no offer to help us move our luggage. I will never rent from these folks again. Oh yea, not to mention my buddy and I left to grab food and when we came back 3 gentleman were entering the apartment with our wives alone in the premises. No warning they were just going to go in. All around a pretty tough stay, with no apologies or consideration for what they put us through.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. Unfortunately the channel manager system we use had a brake down in those days. We have penthouses on the same floor next to each other, the option we offered you was to move from one door to another and we would have helped you with that. We apologize for this problem but it has been out of our control. If you want to come back to stay with us we will offer you a good treatment for that inconvenience.
