We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Montrichard, this charming studio of a surface of 24 m ², in 800 meters of a beach arranged at the edge of Cher, and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and a balcony overlooking a wooded park. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, two convertible sofas (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A 10 m² balcony facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. View on a park with trees and on the Cher Valley.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed.

The flat is ideally located in Montrichard, in a very pleasant environment, in a quiet residence in a wooded park of 9 hectares. You will be 800 metres from a beach on the banks of the Cher with a canoe, swing and children's games. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Sightseeing: Visit Beauval Zoo (meet its famous giant pandas, then travel from one continent to another in its incredible equatorial dome), the town of Blois and its royal castle, Montrésor (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Tours (former capital of the French kingdom)...

- Cultural visits : Visit the castles of Amboise, Chenonceau, Cheverny, le Clos Lucé...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park within the residence (2 vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Tours - Val de Loire airport located about 45 minutes away by car.
