Amazing view. Good for a family with children but do not recommend for more than two adults. Could have more of a personal touch to it and make it more of a cozy feel.

This was a great first cabin experience. The drive up and down was adventurous we enjoyed it despite the adrenaline rush! We saw a bear on the way down. The view was truly breathtaking. We tried other things in gatlinburg but this cabin stay was the best thing we did. The host Gina was great, fast response and very helpful.

Absolutely amazing cabin! Exactly as described and every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Drive made me a little nervous the first time or 2 but got comfortable pretty quickly..... if you don't like driving mountain roads, don't rent a cabin on top of a mountain. This place was incredible .... I had a couple questions before our trip and the property manager responded very quickly! Everything was very clean and nice. .... watched the sunset over the mountains every evening for 6 nights and watched the stars from the hot tub every night! 5 stars all around except maybe 3 and a half for cooking supplies lol but they do provide things to cook with and its more of a bonus than something I expect anyway. Would love to come back some day!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Overall, the best description of the property is that it was just ok. Knowing it was in the middle of the woods we expected some critters but this property is run down and has some deferred maintenance that needs to be done. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating which was a plus. The views from the deck were pretty spectacular as well.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spectacular views and found our team responsive and accommodating. We’d also like to clarify that the concerns mentioned were immediately addressed when brought to our attention. The front burner was operational and only needed to be pushed back into the outlet, and the shower curtain was replaced. The ice maker concern was also noted after your stay. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to review the property and address maintenance items as needed. Team Management

Not clean. Needs a deep clean from top to bottom. Doors extremely dirty. Master bath blinds need replaced. All of the wood needs a a good dusting. Lights bulbs need to be replaced throughout. The deck boards and railing needs to be checked. Hot tub had rust/dirt on the walls. Air vents rusty. Random furniture thrown together. Dead bugs noted throughout. Issues are not something that can be fixed in a day. The cabin needs an overhaul. Air conditioner worked great. Cleanliness is a must. Just a few photos attached. Didn’t want to waste my time documenting.

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location
The place was not taken care of. The windows were really dirty even the ones that can be reached easily. It was dirty inside the rug in front of the sink was terrible. The shower curtain upstairs was to short so water went everywhere. There was two chairs on the deck downstairs and none upstairs. I texted her and she said she would bring some the next day and that's the last I heard from her. I was very disappointed because you rent a cabin to enjoy the deck and going out in the morning and drinking your coffee but it was rediculas not to have the chairs to relax. Didn't get the chairs. No starter for coffee or anything. Nothing to put clothes on upstairs. Not one clothes hanger in the whole place. No night stand upstairs. It was definitely not set up for the comfort of the guest. I would not recommend this place nor would I go back.
