For shared use: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (3 x 7 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 30 m, railway station 4 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
3-room apartment 72 m2, on the ground floor. Fully renovated in 2025, practical and comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Porch. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. An extra bed is available on the sofa bed in the living room (foldable), for an additional PLN 50 per person per day. Guests can use the garden sauna, which sleeps up to four people, for PLN 150 per two hours. Please arrange this with the owner in advance. Awesome

The accommodation was great. Clean rooms, spacious, the children were enthusiastic. The kitchen was very well equipped. The hosts were helpful, the wifi worked. Possibility to spend time outside in the garden.

Excellent place to stay

I had a lot of fun here with my girlfriend and wouldn’t have minded staying longer! The price was fair and it was at the perfect location just outside of the busy city. I wish I had known we were getting just one unit and not the whole house, I didn’t realize it was multi-unit. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere and I just didn’t see. There was still lots of space either way and the people in the other unit weren’t very noisy. We had the unit in the back near the pool. Very clean and cozy!

Die Unterkunft w starym sadzie und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und man kann sehr gut abschalten und entspannen, nach dem Besuch der schönen aber sehr gut besuchten Stadt Wroclaw. In der Nähe gibt es eine gute Bäckerei, Lebensmittelladen mit Theke, eine Eisdiele und eine gute BarJedzonko mit sehr guten Preisen und leckerem Essen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet mit großen Zimmern und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön und der Pool ein Highlight, wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Haushälterin genauso, wir ( zwei Erwachsene, zwei Jugendliche und ein Hund) haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit und alles gute für die Zukunft.

My Experience / Meine Erfahrung

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm aber es gab Überraschungen 1. Man erwartet, dass man das Haus bucht, allerdings gehört das der Vermieterin und man bekommt nur eine Art großen Keller. Das wird aber nirgends erwähnt 2. Leider funktionierte der Geschirrspüler nicht 3. Zudem kostet die Sauna extra (nicht erwähnt) 4. Während der Hälfte des Aufenthalts war ein Hund da, der immer wieder gebellt hat, war recht nervig Ansonsten war alles perfekt. Sehr nette Gastgeber, perfekte Lage, saubere Wohnung

Mehr Schein als sein ...

Vorab müssen wir sagen das die Vermieter unheimlich nett und Hilfsbereit sind!!! Die Wohnung selber war gut und so wie beschrieben. ABER : Wir freuten uns auf den Pool und vorallem auf die Sauna die wir mit bezahlt haben .... Nichts davon war nutzbar bzw. Vorbereitet. Der Pool wurde erst am Tag der Abreise befüllt .. ganz großes Kino.. Das Und die Sauna selber wurde durch Info von interhome durch die Vormieter beschädigt. In Wahrheit waren dort schon unzählige Spinnweben!!!!! Also Schwin

Urlaub in Breslau.

Diese Urlaub bleibt uns sehr lange gut in Erinnerung. In diese schöne Haus haben wir uns sehr, sehr gut gefühlt. Sauber, hell, sehr gemütlich. Nur zum empfehlen. Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage befindet sich in einer schönen, ruhigen Wohngegend und nur 10 Autominuten von Breslau Zentrum entfernt. Bäcker und kleine Geschäfte sind fußläufig entfernt. Der Garten ist sehr schön und die Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit. Das Wlan war etwas langsam.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Das Appartement ist groß, sauber, ruhig und hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bushaltestelle war direkt vor der Haustür, so dass wir schnell in die Innenstadt kamen. Einige Geschäft und Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar. Breslau ist eine tolle Stadt. Wir würden dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank!

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geräumig, ruhig und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und waren für alle Fragen immer ansprechbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür, so dass man bequem und schnell in die Innenstadt kam. Restaurants und den kleinen Einkauf kann man fußläufig erledigen. Breslau ist eine tolle Stadt. Cisza i spokój w wielkim mieście

Polecamy z całego serca Apartament w starym sadzie. Idealny dla rodziny z dwójką dzieci, dwie sypialnie więc rodzice i dzieci mają swoje. Wyposażone mieszkanko, więc nie trzeba zabierać ręczników czy talerzy. Mili właściciele, którzy doradzą co warto zwiedzić. Największy plus to duży ogród, a w nim pięknie śpiewające ptaki. Siedząc w ogrodzie czuliśmy się jak na agroturystyce a nie w wielkim mieście. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek po całodniowym zwiedzaniu miasta.

Idealne miejsce na pobyt we Wrocławiu

Doskonale położony apartament, idealny dojazd 1 autobusem z dworca kolejowego pod dom. Doskonały zatem jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Wrocławia i okolicy. Przestronne, doskonale wyposażone mieszkanie, jest wszystko co potrzeba. Bardzo czysto i przytulnie. Piękny ogród, który robił niesamowite wrażenie również w scenerii zimowej. Wspaniały pobyt i wypoczynek w ferie zimowe połączony ze zwiedzaniem miasta. Polecam!!!

ubytování dobré pro vozíčkáře

bytová jednotka se nachází na úrovni chodníku takže přístup je opravdu bezbarierový, s vozíkem jsme se dostaly dovntř, vybavení je na velmi dobré úrovni, zahrada je super je posekaná a čistá dlouhá je že jí ani házedlem nepřehodíš, náš pes si pěkně zaběhal, bazén je čistý a měl 24c. Nám se nejvíce líbila zoo sice vstup pro dvě osoby byl 770Kč ale stálo to zato nelepší je do zoo dorazit na 9hod ráno a nejdříve jít do mořského akvária protože pak tam byla obrovská fronta která měla cca 200metrů

Ferienwohnung im Randbereich von Breslau

die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum war gewünscht. die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. leider waren vor unserem Aufenthalt Haustiere in der Wohnung (sind ja grundsätzlich erlaubt). Auf Sitzmöbeln und Kissen befanden sich noch Tierhaare, was für einen mitgereisten Allergiker den Komfort eingeschränkt hat.
