House renovated in 2022 tucked away, hidden in the ruins of the old Primel quarry, located on the GR34.<br><br>Anti-covid-19 hygiene protocol: careful cleaning and disinfection between each rental. Covid or not, I always attach great importance to the cleanliness of the house and everything is thoroughly cleaned before arrival.<br><br>I live nearby, I welcome you personally and I am at your disposal if needed during your stay.<br><br>Put down your suitcases and enjoy your holiday!<br><br>Two of the (many 😊) assets of the house are its location in the heart of Primel near the main beach of Plougasnou but also its suspended terrace overlooking the sea.<br><br>The house was renovated in 2022.<br><br>All equipment is carefully checked before arrival and the Wifi is of high quality.<br><br>My house is classified by the Finistère tourist office (3 stars).<br><br>The house is not overlooked and has two terraces, one of which has a sea view, allowing you to relax and have lunch/dinner outside if the weather permits.<br><br>The house is designed to accommodate 2 people (the bedroom has a 160 cm bed). Please note: this is a fairly low futon type bed so firm but very comfortable. Due to the peculiarities of the space - ruins, hanging garden and terrace - it is unfortunately not suitable for children. The magnificent sea view is that of the suspended terrace at the top of the garden. The sea is not visible from the house.<br><br>I accept animals (well behaved and supervised) with pleasure: only 1 animal per stay. The garden is enclosed but if your dog is both very smart and very small, you still have to be careful. 😊<br><br>I provide linen at no extra cost (bed linen, towels, tea towels). The bed is made on arrival. <br><br>It is possible to park your car in the property (closed gate).<br><br>Cleaning products are available in the house but if you wish, I offer a service for the end of stay cleaning at 40 euros (to be paid on site).<br><br>I ask on arrival for a deposit check of 400 euros which is returned at the end of the stay if everything goes well.
