It consists of a living room opening onto a quiet balcony, equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, table and 4 chairs.
The open and functional kitchen is fully equipped; kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker...
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 140, two bedside tables, a desk and a storage cupboard.
The bathroom is fitted with an Italian shower, a washbasin unit with storage, a towel dryer and a large cupboard. Separate WC.
Balcony overlooking vegetation, ideal for family or friends' breakfasts!
Bicycle storage available.
A parking space is reserved for you at the bottom of the closed and secure residence.
