In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), drying room. Parking at the house. Grocery 30 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Brienz" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Tennis 7 km, indoor tennis centre 10 km, riding stable 1.1 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities 10 km, ice rink 6 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg 500 m, Brienz, Aareschlucht. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen - Hasliberg 10 km, Axalp 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee. Hiking paths: Rosenlaui, Hasliberg. The owner does not accept any groups.

Very cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: open living/sleeping room 17 m2, ceiling height 190 cm with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), dining nook, cable TV, international TV channels, radio, CD-player and DVD. Open kitchen 8 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room 12 m2, ceiling height 190 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Small balcony 5 m2, south facing position, small terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Marvellous view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Beautiful old tiled stove in the lounge.
