Door bolt was broken. Door rattled everytime someone walked by. Microwave didnt work. Was suppose to have continental breakfeast they didnt.

Clean, safe, but pool not usable

Overall this property was a clean, safe, and friendly. The garden area and building architecture were beautiful. We checked in easily and quickly no hiccups there. However the pool was the main reason we picked this location. In the listing it said “pool (indoor/heated).” Definitely not indoor, definitely not heated. There had been a pretty major wind storm the previous day, so I was told the pool was closed for maintenance, and that it would be open the next afternoon. It was open as said, but freezing! The hot tub wasn’t even luke warm. Since we were traveling with children, we were super excited to swim. Even packed our life jackets on the plane! So, we were super bummed about the listing not being accurate. I wish I would have called to clarify if the pool was usable this time of year.

Shilo inn Yuma thru vrbo

The staff was amazing and accommodating the amenities were inaccurately described. Reaching out to host manager was less than helpful. Overall location was nice, staff was amazing hotel was overall outdated
