Cypress Bay Townhomes
Enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation at Cypress Bay Townhomes on Cypress Lake. It's located on a quiet cove of the lake on 15 acres of lush, green grass with plenty of trees for shade. Relax in a hammock or grill out on your private patio. Have a boat or jet skis? There's a boat dock right outside the back door. A public boat launch is just right down the road for your convenience. This is a great place for a family or several couples that just want to get away from the stress of everyday life.
The space
All types of boats are welcomed. The lake is big enough to ski, wakeboard, tube or Yolo Board.
Swimming is allowed but there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Great for fishing.
There is a charcoal grill available on the patio. Fire extinguishers are located next to the fireplace and in the kitchen next to the trash can.
There are exterior security cameras (only) at all exit doors. Please do not tamper with cameras. They are for your protection as well as mine.
Guest access
Picnic tables are available for add'l outdoor seating. Firewood if you come during the winter. Kitchen is fully equipped for major cooking! You are approximately 20-25 minutes from casinos and great restaurants.
If you are interested in renting a pontoon boat, please ask for details. The boat will be at your dock and ready to go upon boat rental agreement.
Other things to note
No pets allowed on property at all! If pets are seen, it will result in an immediate forfeiture of deposit! This is a very quiet and laid back community with only 14 other residences. Not set up for crazy parties, but casual family time.
I DO NOT rent to locals within a 50 mile radius.
Only 8 guest are allowed on the property at all times. This includes visitors. No more than 4 cars allowed. These infractions will also result in forfeiture of deposit.
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If AC is on, turn up to 76. If HEAT is on, turn down to 60.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
The Lake House is located at the south end of Cypress Lake. It's a quiet cove with beautiful views. Enjoy sitting on the patio while watching nature at it's finest! From the squirrels and birds to the ducks, fish and boats going by, you're sure to forget about all the stress you left behind.
What makes this property unique
Enjoy a fire in the woodburning fireplace or the chiminea outside. Most people think this property is most valuable for spring and summer vacations, but I find the fall and winter months to be the most enjoyable. Either way, the only thing that comes to mind, is the peacefulness and serenity of the surroundings. If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, you've found the right place!
