Fantastic location, poor accommodation

The location of this property is truly magnificent. The accommodation itself is average for what you pay - adequate but nothing more. It is simple and compact but has everything you need. That said, it could do with a really good clean. The owner/manager is very poor. They did not greet us, there were no details left to get in touch so we had to door knock in the local area when the front door was broken. Every time she said she would come to our apartment she failed to turn up. It's a shame

Thank you for your comments about the property’s location. It offers an exceptional setting that guests always enjoy. We would like to note that the you arrived earlier than the agreed time and accessed the apartment without the presence of the owner, which created some complications upon arrival. When the owner learned about the door issue, it was promptly repaired. These owners have been highly regarded partners for many years, known for welcoming their guests personally, maintaining spotless apartments, and offering friendly, reliable assistance throughout each stay.
