The downstairs has a large peninsula seating for dining and a beautiful open space to the living room. USB ports on the peninsula and a blue tooth LED speaker in both bathrooms give this a feel like no other. Complete with a 50 inch TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. I have 6 airbnb's in these two cities and continuously strive to make them as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Why they chose this property

Just 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Everette, this space is conveniently located for those visiting the northern side of Seattle. There are several great restaurants and bars within minutes of the unit. If you'd like to visit Seattle or Bellevue you're only a short 30 minute drive to either of those places.
