Luxurious 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Apartment, ground floor, no noisy neighbors upstairs, hardwood floors, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, built in microwave, glass top stove, large refrigerator with glass shelves and ice maker, dishwasher, recess lighting, large bathroom with ceramic tiles and 5 ft shower with tall comfort vanity, large bedroom with ceiling fan and 2 spacious closets, utility room with washer and dryer, extra storage closet, designated parking at your front door, very efficient, quiet, safe community. We do accept most pets however please message Host with the Breed, weight, age and how many pets for the pet fee and or the pet deposit amount and you are always required to pick up after them No smoking or vaping of any kind inside.

Simple, quiet spot

This was a nice little spot. Had everything we needed, located minutes close (by car) to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable. If you want speedy internet, it works for what it is 😅 would stay again and definitely recommend!

Clean, comfotable and nice area

Property manager, Richard, was very helpful in all ways. Space was clean, quiet and I felt safe. Would have given a 5 for overall rating, but had issues with internet quite a few times. I would still recommend staying here.

E town is awesome

Trailer needs a lot of work. There were several things that were broken. Also tiny. Can’t imagine more than two people staying there. Location on the water was great, but trailers, rvs very close together. Would not stay here again

Perfect for Travel RNs

I have been very happy with my experience with this rental. The apartment was clean and ready for move-in. It was as described in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; I walked my dog many nights after dark, and I felt safe. The other neighbors were friendly and quiet. The property outside was well cared for and clean. I would recommend renting from Richard; he was very prompt with responses to questions and any needs.
