Don’t book with them! I waited to get a hold of with someone, there was nobody to check me in. I waited till 16:25 there was nobody, I took pictures and sent to property to get my refund since I had to book another hotel, they refused to pay. Scam, stay away, beware! I can send all my proves and the emails back and forth.

Er staat dat er twee slaapkamers aanwezig zijn, maar er staat gewoon een zeer slechte slaapbank op een open gedeelte niet een slaapkamer te noemen. Er was geen koffie zet apparaat aanwezig dit stond wel in de beschrijving. Ook de tv deed het niet.

Schöne Lage am See und in den Bergen

Ferienwohnung war sauber und schön. Lage super, am See und in den Bergen, ruhig gelegen. Wir mögen die Entspannung. Für Leute, die abends was erleben wollen, eher nicht geeignet. Drei Restaurants im Ort, besser vorbestellen. Wir waren von Piancavallo aus wandern in den Bergen, verschiedene Touren möglich, kostenlose wanderkarten in piancavallo in der Tourismus Info, aber aufpassen Zeitangaben der Touren passen nicht. Wir sind als 4 Erwachsene mit guter körperlicher Verfassung doppelt so lang unterwegs gewesen, war für uns nicht schlimm, aber gut zu wissen. Einziges Manko war, der See war nicht voll, die Stege lagen auf den Hängen. Es sah nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Dadurch gab es auch verschiedene Angebote nicht, Bootsfahrt und so weiter. Sollte vorher angegeben werden. Für uns war das aber auch nicht tragisch, da wir ein Schlauchboot dabei hatten und den Teil des Sees, der nutzbar war, fast allein waren.

Alloggio e accessori praticamente nuovi, tutto come da indicazioni. Se proprio vogliamo trovare una pecca, il segnale wi-fi era piuttosto scarso, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Personale alla reception molto cortese. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare montagne e vallate della zona.

esperienza positiva nonostante il maltempo di fine ottobre

La casa raffigurata in foto in realtà è l'abitazione adiacente casa Austin (casa con il tetto più alto dietro). Guardando la foto, l'ingresso comune ai 5 appartamenti è sul lato a sinistra. Siamo stati 4 giorni nell'appartamento nel sottotetto, Varma: molto carino, ben ristrutturato, caratteristico e confortevole. Al contrario della descrizione trovata in internet, non è provvisto di lettore DVD, il quale sarebbe stato molto utile nei giorni di pioggia trascorsi in appartamento, soprattutto per il bimbo. La cucina aveva la cappa non funzionante. Non era provvista di tovaglia, presine, mestoli di legno, asciugamano da bidet e della culla per bambini richiesta. La signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stata comunque molto gentile a portarci tovagliette di carta, presina e lettino anche sotto il diluvio. Il soggiorno è stato comunque piacevole, Barcis è molto carina nonostante il maltempo (fenomenale) che aveva provocato pochi giorni prima il nostro arrivo, l'esondazione del lago. Appena uscito il sole, abbiamo fatto la passeggiata attorno al lago (meravigliosa), perfetta per una famiglia con bambini. Il panorama e i colori dell'autunno sono eccezionali. Vale la pena andare a mangiare al Rifugio Vallata, lungo questa passeggiata (bisogna prenotare). Torneremo di sicuro al lago di Barcis nella bella stagione e speriamo anche nella stessa abitazioni.

Net en ruim appartement op perfecte locatie

Een mooi appartement op de 3e verdieping van een sfeervol oud huis centraal in het gezellige dorpje Barcis. Kijkend uit het openstaande raam heb je zicht op het smaragdgroene meer tussen de prachtige bergtoppen van de Friulaanse Dolomieten. Vier barretjes (o.a. leuke enoteca), kruidenierswinkel (brood), traiteur, ijssalon, afhaalpizzeria (alleen in het weekeinde), hotel-restaurant (mooi terras), bank en kiosk om de hoek.Het appartement is ruim, schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Prima douche en centrale verwarming. In het huis zijn 5 appartementen gesitueerd, waardoor het (afhankelijk van de gasten) soms wat gehorig kan zijn. Buiten is een barbecue en enkele zitjes, die gedeeld worden met de andere gasten. Er is voldoende parkeerruimte op het terrein bij het huis. Alles is in het appartement aanwezig. Enkele kleine minpuntjes: de satelliet-tv heeft voornamelijk Italiaanse zenders, de ijskast heeft geen vriesvak en de internetsnelheid van de WiFi-verbinding is niet stabiel en vaak matig tot slecht. Geen onoverkomelijk leed op vakantie, dus zeker een aanrader. Dat is overigens ook het even buiten het dorp gelegen Ristorante Ponte Antoi. Goed en gezellig eten!

Just lovely!

We stayed in a flat on the third floor (one bedroom and a gallery with a sofa and TV). The children (age 4 and 9) slept on the gallery, and they enjoyed it. Although it was the top floor, it was not warm at all (the weather was quite warm, July 2018). We felt that the apartment was furnitured and decorated with care and love, with family photos and authentic, local stuff (eg. curtains with embroidery). Also, we received a welcome package with local mineral water and maps or the surrounding area. WIFI is accessible, there's a washing machine in the bulilding. We could park near the house. The lake is just a couple of minutes from the house. Also, a barbecue grill is available outside. This wasn't our last stay here, I'm sure. Gabriella, Hungary

Un luogo incantato

Siamo stati a Barcis per tre giorni per andare a trovare una familiare al CRO di Aviano e questo luogo ci ha regalato un angolo di paradiso dove tutto era perfetto. L'appartamento era favoloso curato nei minimi particolari, accogliente , familiare. La vicinanza al lago è stato un valore aggiunto, lo specchio d'acqua, le montagne ,gli alberi... che incanto.Dimenticavo la grande cortesia delle persone che ci hanno accolto. Grazie

Het inchecken is op een andere locatie en ging even wat lastig. Verder is het een prima plek om te verblijven in een prachtige omgeving. De omgeving is niet toeristisch maar ideaal voor mensen die graag van de natuur willen genieten.

PLACE TO COME BACK

We were so happy there! We enjoyed every minute of our staying there....exploring the place, walking around the lake, skiing in Piancavallo... The hosts were great...they've waited for us until the late hours ( the arrival day ) and were always there for us. The house and the Barcis place is absolutely and incredibly beautiful. I hope we are going to come back to Barcis and its neighborhood and I sincerely recommend it for those who are looking for break from everyday rush and stress and want to come back to nature...

Sehr schöne Unterkunft an traumhaftem See

Dieses wundervolle Ferienhaus ist ein kleiner Geheimtipp. Es hat eine gute Ausstattung, auch bei Regentagen fühlt man sich wohl und kann gut und gern einen Tag in der Ferienwhg. verbringen. Liebe zum Detail, Sauberkeit, modernes Bad mit Dusche und Wohlfühlambiente aufgrund der Holzmöbel lassen Gemütlichkeit aufkommen. Davor stehen Apfelbäume, 2 Wandertouren und eine große Tout um den See inklusive. Wenn man als Paar oder Familie absolute Ruhe haben möchte und weite Fahrtstrecken bis zum nächsten größeren Ort in Kauf nimmt, ist es gut. Venedig ca. 200km weit weg. Einziges Manko: Der Ort ist süß aufgrund der schönen, zum Teil noch sehr alten Steinhäuser. Die Einwohner schmücken diese hübsch und bepflanzen Blumenkästen. ABER: Der Ort hat nichts zu bieten, das Restaurant des im Ort gelegenen Hotels ist von den Speisen nicht gut, die Bedienung eher mittelmäßig. Sonst gibt es direkt da kein weiteres u auch keine Pizzeria, das italienische Flair fehlt total. Wir vermuten zu weit nord-östlich gelegen. Gen Süden wird es italienischer. Ringsherum um den Ort gibt es wenig bis auf eine gigantische, interessante Höhle in Triest. Fazit: Ruhe/Entspannung/baden im Sommer klasse, Erkundungen notwendig, aber nur mit weiten Fahrtstrecken. Standortempfehlung eingeschränkt.
