    Fantastic location but...
    Loved the location, just off the main street, close to the lake. Nice distant view of lake and also the Castella. But we stayed 16 nights and at no stage did the host check in with us. We had a simple request at the beginning for extra pillows and flatly told no. There were 3 provided with no extra linen and no linen change provided for over 2 weeks of our stay. The wifi was a big issue as it didn't work and the host had to be pushed almost to resolve. We were asked how much
