We have renovated an old stony house in order to create a place that combines traditional Paxos architecture with modern facilities. Ieromonaxos villa can accommodate 4-6 persons and offers additional facilities such as private parking, beautiful surrounding, and BBQ (indoor and outdoor).
It is located 2.5 km from Gaios and is built in a big site with lots of free space, plenty of trees, and great view of the sea.
It is less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach!!!
- Ground level: the fully equipped kitchen is located (with oven, refrigerator, sitting place) having direct access to the porch and the BBQ. The living room is also located in the ground floor (equipped with a couch that can become a double bed and a flat-screen TV). One WC is available also in the ground floor.
- Upper floor: accessible from the living room and the exterior of the house. The two bedrooms (equipped with double beds) are located in the upper floor each having a small balcony with great sea view. A second WC is available also in the upper floor.
- Exterior: free space, with trees, exterior dining place, BBQ, and parking
Note: A new “climate crisis resilience charge”, tax has been introduced on 2024 . The charge is applicable to all forms of tourist accommodation, including hotels, rooms to let, villas and Airbnbs. The tax for the property is 10 euros per day.

The property was in a lovely location in the hills with great sea views. Most of the property was modern except for one older bathroom. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not in the bedrooms but outside on the landings which meant the bedrooms were far too warm and you had to keep the bedroom doors open all night
