Accommodation:
A 59-square-meter “T2 + mountain space” apartment, perfectly sized for 4 to 6 people, located on the 3rd floor of a recently built luxury residence (2019).
The apartment includes 1 private parking space in the basement as well as a ski locker with a boot warmer.
The apartment consists of:
A large 29 m² living room-kitchen opening onto a beautiful 22 m² southwestern-facing terrace with breathtaking views of the Belledonne massif. In the summer, you can enjoy this pleasant living space (outdoor furniture, 2 lounge chairs, and 1 umbrella).
A master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a spacious closet.
A mountain-style room with bunk beds for two adults (90x190), each bed supporting up to 120 kg (bottom bunk) and 90 kg (top bunk), respectively.
A 140x200 sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, 186-liter refrigerator (with a freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), electric kettle, toaster, and raclette machine.
A spacious bathroom with a bathtub, heated towel rack, and washing machine.

Residence:
The residence is ideally located: right at the foot of the slopes, 100 metres from the Alpette gondola, 100 metres from the ESF ski school and the daycare centre, and 150 metres from the resort centre.
The residence features a gym, a lounge (with foosball, a TV, and games), and a sauna.
The residence offers luggage storage and a secure bike storage room with a bike wash station.

Stay details:
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the MKS concierge service for key pickup and the property inspection.
The rental price includes bed linens (to be made up by the guest), bath and hand towels, a bath mat, tea towels, and a final cleaning at the end of your stay.
You will be asked to clean the kitchen (sink and hob), maintain the appliances, and empty the dishwasher and trash tins before your departure. Similarly, the concierge service will be present on the day of your departure to collect the keys, inspect the property, and verify that the cleaning has been completed. The concierge service will be available during your stay to answer any questions you may have.
