Private 6 acre property features gorgeous water views, long dock for your boat, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, large firepit area, bicycles, a 2600 square foot deck perfect for lounging and dining with brand new heated saltwater gunite pool, lounge chairs, sun beds, covered daybed, dining table for 12, full chef’s outdoor kitchen, a top of the line hot tub for 6 adults, and a private outdoor shower with rain shower head and excellent water pressure. Swimming, fishing, and crabbing right off the long private dock. Indoors you will find an enormous fully stocked eat-in kitchen with sliders to the deck, beautiful dining room for 12, large living room with grand fireplace and TV, main-level gym with smart bike, workout Mirror, and gorgeous views, master bathroom with double shower head, sauna for 2, and large jacuzzi; separate kids’ space that sleeps 4 with en-suite bathroom, sectional sofa, and TV. Perfect place for multi-generation family stay

Our three generation family trip was very successful thanks to the perfect house. The large elevated deck with heated pool, spa and lounge area was free of dead leaves and insects. The ground was so secluded, beautiful and quiet - we also enjoyed hanging around fire pit, kayaking and swimming in the creek. The Croteaux winery is only 3 minutes away. Plenty to do. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

60 th birthday party

Got together with 5 couples and had a great time. The house was spacious immaculate n beautifully decorated. It had every amenity you could think of. Fireplace, exercise room, hot tub, sauna, great kitchen n more. I highly recommend it n can’t wait to go back.

We came up with 14 women for my sister's bachelorette party and it was AMAZING. The house was gorgeous, clean, well appointed. Exactly as advertised. And it slept all 14 of us comfortably. Highly, highly recommend.

Family Reunion

What a great property! We were looking for a location that was easy to get to and would allow the whole family to stay together and this house was fabulous! There were plenty of spaces for us to gather, both outside and inside. Several large tables for us all to be able to eat together and a great deck for everyone! The kitchen was a great space with enough dishes for all 16 of us to eat at once. The teenagers had their own space away from everyone. The hot tub was a hit and the exercise room was a great space to set up the pack and play for the infant's nap. We had a great weekend with great weather and loved being outside on the deck, overlooking the water and watching the birds. It was a nice walk to the dock and marshmallows by the fire pit were delicious. Linda was a great host and quickly answered all of our texts. I would highly recommend this property!

Great House for a Multi-Generational Family Vacation!

We were looking for the perfect COVID-friendly location to celebrate our matriarch's 70th birthday. This was it! The house had plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 young kids. The house was clean and well-stocked with all basic necessities. We cooked many meals in the well appointed kitchen and spent hours lounging on the back deck and in the hot tub. We brought kayaks and bikes and also used those provided. We kayaked, fished, and swam off the dock. The water was murky but calm and safe. The location in Southhold was very convenient for trips to Greenport, Orient, Riverhead, etc. We were a quick drive from vineyards, great restaurants, farm stands, oyster farms, local beaches, etc. It was everything we hoped for in a North Fork vacation. Highly recommend!

Ideal Family Vacation Loxation

We just returned from 8 days in Southold and to a person our 14 family members had a wonderful vacation and loved this house. The space was perfect for a large family with areas for both large and small gatherings all the while allowing time alone when you wanted it. The kitchen is large and allowed for multiple family meals where the preparation is as much a bonding moment as the meal itself. This also led to several hours around the table afterwards sharing memories and making new ones. The air conditioning went out on one of the five units the second day, but the owner responded to every text within minutes and had someone out to fix this within a day. Every room was well proportioned and large enough to keep everyone comfortable. Even when our sailing trip was rained out we were able to enjoy the house that evening and played our own game of family feud. The hot tub Suffice it to say that this is an excellent vacation location and several family members want to return in the future.
