Romantic Quiet Getaway

The location was perfect! We had the feel of being in the mountains without the busy hustle of Vail Village. Easy access to the bus to go into when we wanted to explore and experience the village of Vail. The room had the best rate and such a nice place to stay. They had everything you need. The best rental place supplies I have ever stayed in. Highly recommend this condo for any weekend away!

Nice East Vail Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, particularly the comfortable beds, well-maintained and stocked bathrooms, and stunning patio views. The washer/dryer was a huge plus, and the provided kitchen staples were very convenient. While we were disappointed to find the fireplace was out of order, and a hot tub was unavailable, these were the only downsides to an otherwise lovely rental.

The location of 1202 is perfect; no hill to walk up. The Jacuzzi location is very convenient right outside the door. We found the condo spacious and not cluttered with too much furniture or to many closets/cabnets reserved for owners belongings. We plan to rent again.

Nice East Vail Condo

Pretty location. Nice size of unit. Very clean. Felt like brand new beds, pillows, towels and sheets. The only problem we had was that we could not access the pool or tennis courts because our key card for the locks was broken. It was July 4th and I did not want to disturb the very nice property manager because everyone deserves the 4th off. Just make sure your key card id working right away.

Great place but unhappy with Vacasa

The apartment was very nice. Very close to the shuttle bus. Which ran very frequently to the Vail resort. My only complaint is that the hot tub wasn’t working. Vacasa told me in advance. It wasn’t working and that I would get the fees for the hot tub refunded. I have made several phone calls and have yet to get satisfaction with a credit on my AMEX card.

This is a lovely two bedroom unit with comfortable beds, heated floors in the bathroom (nice touch), fully stocked kitchen and quiet location. It seems clear that the owners use the unit frequently and take good care of it. I am giving it three stars because the unit does not have a hot tub and that is why we booked it. There is a shared hot tub for the building located close to the unit but it was drained and closed for the season. The management company moved us to a unit with a functioning shared hot in the community, so we only stayed one night.

Great place for a group of friends

This condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The hot tub was a plus, especially with the pool under construction. We enjoyed meals on the large deck with a view of the forest. We love the quiet East Vail location (easy bus ride into Vail Village or free parking in the summer). Walk to Big Horn park at dusk and watch the beavers gather dinner!

Will come back again. Beautiful scenery, right by bus stop, next to hot tub, comfy beds and comforters, nice living area, nice kitchen, very clean, bottom floor-can’t say enough. We locked both of our keys in the room and they promptly drove us over a new one. Easy easy check-in. Friendly people!! There is not anything bad to say, but do know that the shuttle can take over 20 min to get to Vail Village. Then you hop on another to get to Lionshead. Really easy. We don’t mind the ride because it’s quite easy. But it does take a little bit to get there. More than we thought. Buses do come quickly and always right on time though. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Heated floors in the baths & kitchen , lovely. Kitchen well supplied. I would stay here again, good location easy drive to skiing.

The shuttle was a couple steps away and was on time to take us to the mountain every morning, and bring us back to the condo. The hot tub was right outside our front door, which was nice. There was a back porch with a pretty view and the condo itself had everything we needed. Previous renters had left dish soap, laundry soap, dry goods, etc. so we didn't even have to buy too much at the grocery store. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This year we had three condos that were supposed to be within two buildings, and when we got in late, we had three condos in three different buildings...nothing major, just thought I would mention it. We had a backed up shower and upon calling the maintenance person, he said it would have to wait since it was the weekend. We were only staying for the weekend. All was resolved thankfully once I got hold of Tim and he got someone out to fix it. Thanks again and thought I would just point out some minor issues we had. We will continue to rent from you.
