Holiday village "Ferienpark Extertal". 150 houses in the resort. In the district of Rott 10 km from the centre of Extertal, 17 km from the centre of Hameln, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area. Stepped path (21 steps) to the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Rinteln" 11 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km, riding stable 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Doktorsee 12 km. Please note: car recommended. Walking and hike trails at departure of the park. The park is located on the edge of the nature reserve and typical Scandinavian wooden houses are in.
"Wiesenhütte", 4-room house 70 m2, on the ground floor. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace roofed, patio, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, conservatory. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Parking access to the holiday house by 21 steps. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Die Unterkunft war gut für Hunde geeignet. Die Umgebung lädt zu Spaziergängen ein, die Aussicht war traumhaft. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Woche...

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit noch schönerem Ausblick. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch der Verwalter war super nett und hat sich sofort gekümmert. Wir waren segr zufrieden und konnen nestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Tolle Aussicht und viel Ruhe

Wir habe das Ferienhaus mit zwei Personen und einem Hund gebucht. Für 6 Personen wäre es mir zu klein gewesen, zudem höhrt man alles was im Haus passiert. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis past. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert und Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und uns sehr gut erholt.

Prachtig gelegen huis. Over de serre op het zuiden was niets gezegd, maar is echt een heerlijke plek om te ontbijten of met minder weer te vertoeven. Huis is compleet met wasmachine en vaatwasser en heerlijk rustig gelegen.Perfecte uitvalbasis voor leuke activiteiten.Een aanrader!

Wat een heerlijk gezellig huisje

Heerlijk huis, gezellig, schoon. Uitzicht een 10 zo mooi vanuit terras. Reetjes en wild kijken. Genieten van stilte en alleen natuurgeluiden en prachtige wandelingen vanuit het park. Zeker aan te bevelen voor mensen die van natuur houden. Niet geschikt voor invalide vanwege een trap om bij huis te komen.

Für Naturfreunde

Nettes Haus in top Lage, direkt los wandern kein Problem. Toller Ausblick und gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege, ideal um mal kurz zu entschleunigen. Bei Hundebesitzern sehr beliebt, für Familien haben wir einen schönen Spielplatz vermisst. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Mooie omgeving. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf terras!

Was prima. Alleen jammer dat er er met boeken niet bij staat dat je een negatieve test moet hebben(24 uur) als je al gevacineerd bent. Dat zijn extra kosten!
