Walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane, skisport facilities 18 km, ski rental 1.7 km, cross country ski track 2 km. Nearby attractions: Kameltheater & weisser Zoo 7.5 km, Via Sacra, Pfeiffenmuseum 1.5 km, Mariazell 30 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Annaberg 27 km, Gippel/ Göller 14 km. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the garden and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Heating: tiled stove and 2 mobile electric heaters.

Es ist ein rustikales Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur
 Das GrundstĂŒck könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Ansonsten kann man sich hier wohlfĂŒhlen. Die Gegend drum rum, entschĂ€digt fĂŒr alles. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zugĂ€nglich. Es waren ein paar schöne Tage hier.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Haus

Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Rustikal und zugleich modern. Wer abschalten will vom Alltag ist hier genau richtig. Im Winter heizt der alte Kachelofen das Wohnzimmer gut ein, wenn er einmal an ist. Die KĂŒche hat alles was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen. Abwasch erledigt der GeschirrspĂŒler, kochen muss man aber selbst. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und wir werden wieder kommen.

Gut zum Abschalten

Das Haus ist etwas dunkel, aber im Sommer dafĂŒr schön kĂŒhl. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind schön zum relaxen und draußen essen, besonders wenn man einen Hund mit hat. Es gibt auch LiegestĂŒhle. Der Garten ist aber nicht komplett eingezĂ€unt! Ein Wochenendhaus ist am NachbargrundstĂŒck, die Besitzer aber nur selten da. Die Matratze ist etwas hart, die WĂ€sche könnte frischer gewesen sein und man sollte vor Ankunft vielleicht öfter lĂŒften. Internet funktionierte problemlos. Sehr ruhige Gegend!

Ruhig gelegen. Gut zum wandern. Im Dorf gibt es ein Cafe, wo man Brötchen ohne Gluten kaufen konnte. Das war super, da mir die mitgenommen Brötchen ausgingen.

Einfach gemĂŒtlich ruhig

Einfach eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit viel Holz in wunderschöner Umgebung. Wir nebst Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wiesen und kleinere Berge fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Oetscher mit Kletter- und zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten etwa 30 min mit dem Auto. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die Ausflugstipps durch die nette Hauswirtin, die in ca. 800 m entfernten Bauernhof wohnt.
